Riad Khmissa Fes

Ibrahim is an extremely kind host and made me feel welcome in his Riad from the very start! The room I've gotten was just perfect and had everything a guest needs for a pleasant stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this Riad to anyone who travels on a budget and looks for a cozy place to stay the night in Fes. :)

Well decorated and cozy hotel

The rooms displayed on booking.com are confusing as they all have the same picture

One of the most caring and nicest hosts I've came across, really recommend that place and location, only 4 minutes from the British pub which is tge main pub/bar in Fes. 5 min from Medina and tge best hamam in town!

Location Good internet. Plenty of hot water in shower There was space on a busy weekend and it was within our budget. The atrium was very attractive 2 early issues were resolved quickly

The room was on the ground floor. Although it looked newly decorated it was damp and paint was flaking off the wall. The bathroom was tiny and only had a shower curtain to separate it from the bedroom. It was not finished. Since the room was damp and airless we had to keep the window at least partially open all the time, which made the room very noisy and we felt a total lack of privacy, especially when early breakfast was served to a couple on a table level with our open window, about 1m from where I was still trying to sleep. The terrace was in poor condition and the steps up to it were very dangerous. Renovations were taking place which meant a lot of hammering and banging etc during the hot part of the day. Having said all this, the two brothers running the place seem enthusiastic and I am confident these issues will be resolved in the near future
