Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The location of the apartment is in a good place in Signa and also overall. It is close to Florence by train and there are 2 train stations (10-25) minutes by walking from the property.
The apartment is spacious and it had a little bit of an outside area.
There are supermarkets and restaurants close by and a very cozy cafeteria right on the corner.
If you have the time, try to walk up to a higher point in Signa. You can see Florence and the Dome.
The surrounding neighbors were a little bit loud.
The kitchen of the apartment would benefit of some additions to make cooking easier(wooden spoon, spatula, paper towels...)

The room included a small kitchette and it was a short walk to the train station to go off on day trips.
Very few supplies in the kitchenette. No tea towel, only one small pot and a pan for cooking. Our stay was for 6 days and we had no change off towels in that time. No toiletries available, so had to purchase soap, shampoo and extra toilet paper for our stay. There were no helpful instructions left within the room to assist with any questions we may have had.
