The food was great — we enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The prices are also very reasonable compared with the restaurants on the main street. If you don’t feel like walking around the main street of Paje, I would definitely recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. The location is excellent, especially if you come to Zanzibar mainly for the sun, sea, beach, and kiting. The hotel has a great and clean beach area with comfortable sunbeds. The security guys also do a good job of keeping sellers away from approaching guests The beach is just a few steps away, and there is also a kite rental inside the hotel, which is very convenient.

The room was not very clean. We could see dust on the floor and in the corners of the furniture. The facilities also felt quite cheap and outdated. However, considering this is a 2-star hotel, I was personally okay with the condition and didn’t expect luxury. We stayed for 7 days, and during the whole stay, the room cleaning mainly consisted of changing the towels and cups we used. The bed sheets were never changed. Perhaps we should have specifically requested this, so I cannot complain too much about it. The biggest issue for us was the noise. According to the hotel’s ads, the music/event should only run from 2 PM to 8 PM, but in reality, the loud music continued until around midnight. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the dining/bar/party area. The music was extremely loud — at times, the walls of our room were actually shaking, and even some items fell from the shelves. We chose the sea-view room ourselves, so we knew there might be some noise, but we definitely did not expect this level of noise every day until midnight. If you are a light sleeper or prefer a quiet room, I would strongly recommend requesting a room close to reception/gym area.
