Was basic

Good location. Very good reception staff. Especially the lady in glasses.

Aircon played up few times. It was very uncomfortable. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered.

Small, charming boutique hotel in the Old Town. The rooms are very clean and everything feels quite new. The bathroom is modern and well maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated during our stay.

However, the rooms are quite small and the 160 cm bed is not very comfortable for two people. The mattress was very hard, even with two toppers added, and the toppers were moving, which made sleeping less pleasant. Breakfast was okay but below expectations. During our three-night stay, the room was not cleaned, towels were not changed, and the daily water bottles were not refilled unless we specifically asked for them. We booked a last-minute deal for about €60 per night, which felt reasonable. At the full price, which appears to be around three times higher, I am not sure the value fully matches what you get.
