Dit is één van de beste verblijven die ik ooit boekte. Zeer mooie oude woning met alle voorzieningen. Aan alles is gedacht. Vriendelijk ontvangst ook.
Ideaal als uitvalsbasis naar de D-Day stranden!
Niets!

The house was very homely, it had everything we could wish for all available on arrival. The whole family were able to get comfortable very quickly and settled in ready to go exploring. The house is situated very close to the British D-Day Memorial and also a short drive from Sword, Juno and Gold beaches which was very useful as a "base" to leave from to explore these places. The outdoor seating area was very nice as well and although very close to the road as this is a very quiet village there as very little noise from the road.

Typically French Gite with everything you could wish for provided by the private owners.
All good

Comfortable bed
Decent shower upstairs although shower head was damaged and wouldn’t stay up on the bracket
Friendly host (Charlotte)
Bar 10 minutes walking distance that made and sold fantastic pizzas
Proximity to roads, especially when roadworks started on the first morning!
Church bells at 7:00am for 2 minutes
Broken cooker dial left in drawer-replacement required!
Dingy and dark downstairs shower room, toilet and sauna ( the latter was not used as there was an extra charge for it!)
House is too busy with ornaments and personal effects which attracted spiders 🕷️
Beware the scalding hot water..
No restaurant within walking distance (but see above comment re pizza!)
