Excellent location. Very clean spacious accommodation with rooftop ! Very generous self service breakfast; cereals,milk, ham, eggs, cheese, jam, butter and bread,different teas, coffee, juice and filtered water. Towels and toiletries provided. They even have toothpaste, brush,razor etc if you have forgotten yours. Hairdryer and clothes steamer was amazing. You can also do laundry. Fridge provided for food. Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable bed with privacy curtains, light, clothes hangers and mains. Perfect location. Recommend getting the limo bus from airport direct.

The light in the dorm always on and very bright.....not aware of day or night! Small window but mosquitos at night. Air con too warm...temp changes throughout night. Dimmer lighting would be better and controls for Airton in room would also be good.

The hostel is in a great, picturesque area surrounded by excellent food options. It offers fantastic value for money, with comfortable beds featuring great blackout curtains that block out most light. The lockers are secured with your own personal padlock code, which makes storing valuables feel very safe, and the CCTV throughout the property adds an extra layer of security. The main communal area is well-equipped with free coffee, tea, and convenient charging stations for phones and portable chargers, plus you can purchase various toiletries on site. I also appreciated that luggage storage was available and that there was a fridge where guests could store their own food and leftovers.

There is no elevator across the three floors, making it difficult if you have heavy luggage. The electronic keycode doors were often propped open during the day, which felt like a safety concern. In the female dorm, you cannot express a preference for bunk placement which meant I got a lower bunk, and my capsule got quite hot even in October because the privacy curtain restricts airflow. The dorm room lights stay on all night, which can leak through if your bunk is positioned near them, and the pillow was quite flat. Out of the five toilets and showers, one of each was out of order during my stay. Lastly, the staff were not very friendly or polite; they also seemed to be dressed in clothes I would say are not very professional or appropriate. The main receptionist was frequently missing when help was needed, and the other staff members simply redirected you to him if you asked them.

Nice kitchen area and the location is excellent.

The people who stayed in my room were very noisy. Always in and out of there bags at 2-4am. The cubes are all wood so if anything hits them you hear it. For some reason the men’s floor has all the women workers staying on it which seemed odd because there is also no door to the bathroom area. Men are not allowed on women’s floor.
