Such a wonderful location for a one bedroom. The property management company is helpful and responsive. They acted quickly to replace some missing items and were generally very friendly. Unfortunately, the property is a bit run down. The furniture, appliances, etc. are quite used and a bit dingy. Some paint and a general refresh would transform this rental back to 5 stars.

It's a cozy place, big enough for two, and you cannot beat the location--right on the beach and a 5-minute walk to the heart of town! It's not an ultra-deluxe rental with endless amenities (e.g., no dishwasher) but it's comfortable and 100 steps to the sand.

The property had trash, recycling, and junked patio furniture stacked against the house. The screen door was hanging off its hinges and would not close properly. The house was not exceptionally clean, with only lukewarm water to wash dishes (there is no dishwasher) that has to run for 10 minutes before there is any heat at all, and with dingy towels that we washed as soon as we got there. However, when we contacted the property manager, she was incredibly responsive and had the door replaced and a plumber come to check the water (alas, it still doesn't get hot in the kitchen).We loved the location with a 30-second walk to the beach and the great surfing. So we would recommend if you are ok with the rest of the guest experience.
