Location is perfect. Bars, restaurants are next door. Windows are well isolated so the noise of the city was not disturbing. Sights, shops are few hundred meter away. Apartment is nice and friendly, well equipped, looks new, refurbished by good taste.
Parking is expensive in the area and signs are not obvious. Odor caused by the restaurants in the building is disturbing but the smell in the flat is good.
