Great location on quiet side street beside Placa de Espagne and bullring. Excellent layout in limited space. Very comfortable.. Good facilities nearby. Everything provided but guests should read the property guide sent by email to find everything (rooftop laundry, herbs cupboard etc)!
Nothing significant. One very minor issue: rogue bedroom ceiling fan - can't control speed - and black floor fan too challenging to use
Phone with internet access needed to enter building.

Very nice. Cosy but what you need. helpful host.
while the key codes were smart, you need your phone with you all the time whereas a key is easier to hide when on beach.
