Overall it was really safe and comfortable to stay. We had a private bathroom and it was clean, comfortable to use, water was hot, the sheets were clean, the room and bathroom was also clean. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that but it looked clean.
Georgi was so kind to us, everything was nice.
A moldy kind of smell was coming from the bathroom sometimes, we think it's because of the mat. Also you have to walk steep streets a lot to get to the hostel but you can get used to it because almost every street in Tblisi has steep roads.

Отличное место, очень чисто, аккуратно. Есть мини кухня. Холодильник, стиральная машина в общей зоне. В помещении было тепло и комфортно. Отдельная благодарность хозяину за гостеприимство и радушие. Хорошее расположение 15 минут до пл. Свободы. В 600м есть прекрасное недорогое кафе с домашней кухней Family Kitchen Tar Tun.
Слабый напор воды в душе.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-furnished. Kitchenware, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, even salt and sugar! The host was kind and helpful and had quick and helpful communication. We had booked a place that tried to overcharge us by 3x, but George confirmed for us the availability for an immediate booking. The location was close to main sites. Everything was wonderful. We recommend Greenway without any reservations.

Близко к центру, но подниматься в горку довольно круто.
Дом старый, пахнет плесенью, для короткой остановки сойдет, но надолго не рекомендую. Ванная комната - отдельный треш. Напоминает помывочную в советской больнице (для тех кто помнит). Ходить исключительно в сланцах, или тапках)
