Location was fantastic & rooms & beds were very comfortable.

Modern and spacious, facilities were good, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Excellent communication from the host.
The only issue is the noise. I’m a sound sleeper so it didn’t bother me personally but some of the girls struggled to sleep due to the noise of people queuing to get into the night club below.

Tons of space, great location for seeing all the highlights of Bath. Host was responsive and friendly. Instruction book of info regarding the property and local things to do, suggestions for restaurants, etc was very organized and helpful.

The location is perfect the entrance to the accommodation needs attention as the paintwork and carpet are well worn doesn’t make a good first experience. The accommodation could do with some tender loving care
You need to know in advance that there is a nightclub next to it and from 22.00 hours people are queuing to get into the club right outside the entrance for over 4 hours they are pressing the intercom for the accommodation. There are ear plugs in the accommodation for the noise level outside. You hardly get any sleep until after 4am
