Attentive staffs, friendly owner, good location, overall great value for money. Although the family dog seems unfriendly, it’s fine if you just walk pass it casually. I did find the toilet is a bit smelly, what I did was to do the long flush regardless of no1 or 2 and flushed twice every time I used it, the smell was gone.
The view from deluxe room (the first photo on preview) is now blocked by a new hotel built next to it.

Te decor and the comfortable bed. The wooden furnitures. The size of the room and the kind host and location and above all is the price

Probably the best in this price range. I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and booked One Luxury (Room no 9) and One Normal room (no 1) and got these within 12000 INR.
The House owner (Madam & Sir) both are so humble, kind and always there to help you in every possible way. They treat you as your family member rather than as a guest.
Well organised and well maintained, clean and perfect place for your staycation.
They also provide Scooter rental services. (70k and 150k IDR).
I liked everything.
Just for notice; The entrance is so narrow and between two lighted shops , it is a little hard to find this homestay.

"Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli.
La chambre est très grande, propre et bien équipée. La salle de bain est grande aussi tout comme la douche avec un grand meuble pour poser ses affaires..."
