The staff was very kind, it was a standard room but good for a few days. :) The location is good, not far from the terminal in Lapu-lapu so you can easily take bus to anywhere. Also next to the market!! They have a small outdoor space in front of the hotel, good for working.
The AC stopped working after the first day, and there were ants in the room and also on the bed.

They accepted my request for late check in,
They also provided free hot water per request.
Also the guard on duty at night has been very helpful and accomodating.
The AC was not working the first night of our stay but they provided a fan then transfered us to different rooms, that means we have endured one night sleeping in warm room.
