Sarlat, niché au calme dans un écrin de verdure au sein d’une propriété de 6700 m2 , nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre gîte de 75 m2 tout confort et sans vis à vis.
Le gîte vous offre 2 chambres pour 4 personnes, literie de la première chambre 160 , deuxième chambre 2 lits de 90 (possibilité d’en faire un grand lit) canapé convertible 2 couchages. Les draps et serviettes sont inclus. (fournis une fois)
Cuisine équipée( four, micro-onde, grille pain , bouilloire, lave vaisselle, machine à café, réfrigérateur. A votre disposition: lave linge, fer à repasser, aspirateur, Tv , WIFI etc....
Parking privé sécurisé, portail électrique.
Grande piscine privative de 11 m x 5m
Pergola en dur avec barbecue intégré, mobilier de jardin et bains de soleil terrain de pétanque, cage de foot pour amuser grand et petits.
A deux pas de tout commerce: grande surface, restaurants, pizzeria, bar à vins. À proximité club de tennis, piste cyclable, parcours de santé , balade en quad, location de vélos, parc de loisir pour enfants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Sarlat.
Laurent was extremely welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed.
The accommodation is ideally situated, only 5 minutes drive from Sarlat centre.
The pool was superb, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little gite with a fantastic pool and outside area. We stayed for 2 weeks.l (family of 4 and dog) and really enjoyed it. Sarlat is a great town to visit and the gite is located well for walking into town and getting out and about.

We (four adults) stayed at Laurent's cute gite. We wanted to visit Sarlat and also be on the outskirts so that one of the party could go off for some serious cycling! The gite is on the South side of the town and was, as explained in the blurb a 1.5k walk from the centre. Thus, we had the beauty of both worlds - a quick escape to the surrounding countryside for the cyclist (who discovered a great off road track a km away from the gite) and an equally easy walk into the town. We stayed Friday to Monday. Managed to see the Market on Saturday and eat out in the town on Saturday and Sunday. Sarlat was alive with street musicians, amazing buildings and great food. We also visited Breynac, Le Roque-Gageac and the stunning Domme. All of which are steeped in history. We made great use of the pool and had a thoroughly great stay. Great breakfast on Sunday morning thanks to Laurent. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Laurent our host couldnt have been more helpful, anything we needed was no trouble! He generously left us wine and Pate at the start our stay.The property was finished to a high standard, modern, light and airy, with a gorgeous pool and ping pong table for the kids! Nestling in the woods, approx a mile and a half from the picturesque medieval town of Sarlat, we would really recommend!
