The location was perfect for events at the Cheyenne Civic Center. Less than a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was free and easy. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch.
Lighting was our only concern. Spot lights in the kitchen needed batteries and the refrigerator needed a new bulb.

The place was so cute! We were traveling with kids so the fenced yard was a bonus.
Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a great little desk nook. And morning coffee was provided. The host was very informative and quick to respond. We had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Location was close enough and in walking distance to many places. Beds were also comfortable.
House had a strong cigarette smoke smell, perhaps from prior guests. We contacted the host but received no response about any help to get rid of the smell. Also, some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty with food scraps and grease. If guests have to pay a cleaning fee of $50, as we did, it seems reasonable for these two items to have been addressed before we arrived.
