Location was fantastic and the accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Especially the scones and lemon curd. Bob and Marie were very gracious hosts, making us feel very relaxed. A microwave

A microwave would be a nice addition.

Breakfast was robust continental, and hosts included some food we could take for our lunch after we left. The scones were homemade and very delicious.

It seemed like a secure snd safe location, but really tenants should be given a key to be able to lock the outside door when they leave to go somewhere.

The hosts were very nice, and facility was clean. Homemade muffins and jams at breakfast.

The property is incredibly dated and aged. Our room had 2 loveseats and 2 chairs - all of which were barely usable: sofas sunk in when sat upon and chair cushioning flattened out so you were sitting on the wooden frame. Bed mattress was, fortunately, not AS bad but not great. Property appears to be on the market. Screens didn’t quite fit in all the windows, one window was propped open with a piece of wood. Weather was cool, luckily, as there appears to be no AC. The owners are very nice, but the place needs new furniture and an overhaul. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but also feel the owners should be providing a comfortable place to stay since people are paying. I wish the owners the best and hope someone buys the property and refurbishes it.
