Adena Beach Resort

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with our extended family, consisting of 4 adults, 3 children, and 1 senior citizen. **What we liked:** The location is great, and the children really enjoyed both the beach and the swimming pool. These were definitely the highlights of our stay.

*What needs improvement:** 1. **Breakfast variety:** The breakfast selection was limited, with very few options for children. The roti canai served on the second day was tough and gummy, making it unpleasant to eat. 2. **Desserts:** The dessert selection and quality could be improved to provide a more satisfying dining experience. 3. **Customer service:** This was our biggest disappointment. We called the hotel several times but nobody answered. We had no choice but to go to the counter in person whenever we needed to report an issue or ask for assistance. This was inconvenient, especially when travelling with young children and a senior citizen. 4. **Cleanliness:** Overall, the cleanliness was just average and could be improved. Overall, the location and facilities for children are good, but the hotel really needs to improve its breakfast selection, food quality, cleanliness, and especially customer service. A good location alone is not enough to ensure a pleasant stay. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide guests with a better experience in the future.

The cleanliness can be further improved. Some gecko's dung is everywhere especially in the corridor of the room. The floor is also kind of dusty. The furniture is on the older side.
