Location, facilities and the appa
The contact number given was un responsive, i contacted booking.com help and their replies were stereotype. Fortunately there we saw a cleaner after half and hour who helped us by calling someone else for opening appartment who took pictures of our passports and formalities. At the time of leaving appartment then his number was also not responding. After waiting for half and hour we left leaving keys and door access cards inside the house.
