Récemment rénové, hôtel familial situé au 2ème étage avec une magnifique plage, vue sur la plage de Bald Head Island et la jetée, grand pont avec chaises et table pour le dîner au coucher du soleil, terrasse couverte avec tablettes pour ranger assises et rangements, à côté de l'accès à la plage / passerelle, accès à la piscine en saison, zone de cuisson, chaque bâtiment a une douche extérieure pour le rinçage. En face de l'Oak Island Golf Club et du Duffer's Bar and Grill. Décoration de plage avec une cuisine enti��rement équipée avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et de la peinture fraîche sur toutes les surfaces, des baignoires en céramique. Location de nuit disponible dans la saison morte seulement. Location mensuelle hors saison disponible. Changements en 2018: printemps 2018, retirer 2 ensembles de couchettes et les remplacer par 2 simples.

The location is great & the check-in was simple. My warning is with the management company. If you plan to stay here, make sure to pack everything! Toilet paper, tissues, bath soap, hand soap, beach chairs & beach towels. Also, beware that check-out is 9AM. The condo is small and simple with great beach access. But, I'll make sure not to rent a unit that uses this management company again. They must be making $$$ hand over fist because customer satisfaction certainly isn't a priority.

We enjoyed staying in unit 402 at The Palm unit was clean and well furnished with all the essentials the beds were nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We weren’t in the unit enough to cook or utilize the kitchen very much but it was very nice and clean the ac was very cold and the fans all worked. We only had one complaint and that was that the couch and loveseat seemed very used they were difficult to get in and out of for an active 38 and 43 year old I can’t imagine my parents trying to get up and down out of them however this would not prevent us from staying here again. Beach access was great!
