Royal Seaesta est un grand complexe de maisons de ville pour les réunions de famille ou les vacances de groupe. Notre unité est bien gérée et une attention personnelle est accordée (généralement, nous répondons dans l'heure).
Deux places de parking gratuites sont disponibles juste à la propriété.

- Le deuxième niveau a également une troisième chambre avec la troisième salle de bain privée. Cette chambre dispose d'un lit superposé pour 3 personnes et d'un canapé-lit. C'est une super chambre pour adolescents / enfants.
- Nous avons également un matelas pneumatique queen et un pack et jouer pour les petits enfants.

Overall, we had a great stay. The beaches in Destin are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear water. The property was plenty big enough for our family of 6. Our older kids had plenty of room and enjoyed being able to have their own rooms. The walk to the beach was not long at all, it was very manageable, especially with our baby. The proximity to the restaurants was a huge plus as well.
We had an issue with one of the bunk beds sheets not being cleaned, there were stains and dirty q-tips on the bed. This issue was due to the cleaning staff not cleaning thoroughly and not a result of the owners, I feel this was out of their hands. When we arrived at the property there was a weird smell, almost like an old home smell.
One thing we missed was having a pool for our kiddos to swim in, the pool in the photos is much smaller and didn’t seem clean when we went to swim in it.
The owners were wonderful to work with. They sent all instructions ahead of time, and even let us check in a little earlier which was nice, especially with four kids.
All in all, our family had a great time.

Very clean condo. Nice proximity to the beach. Only criticism would be the pool. It is the size of a hot tub and was dirty when we went to use it. That is out of the hosts hands though. They were great to work with.

Our family travels a few times a year and this was our favorite beach vacation by far. Carlo the property manager was great, the house was clean and super spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a great option for our family of 6. The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Private access to a beautiful section of beach was great. The house also had chairs and everything we needed to have a great time for the beach. There were plenty of places to eat and stores within a mile or two of the property. I would highly recommend this rental for a large family or even two families. There is plenty of space and beds for one or two families. We will be back to this property on our next Destin trip.

Very nice. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to several restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. It felt very homey. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this amazing home.

The location was great with easy access to the beach and other local restaurants and stores. The property was nice, but age and wear were clearly visible. Very appreciative to have access to full size washer and dryer. I did not notice a coffeemaker. I was told there would be cleaning products, but they were not available. Overall, the vacation was great.

We're very happy with the house. Carlo the host has been very helpful and quick response to my email. The house is nice, clean, big and located in the perfect location. It's 2 mins walk to the beach, and just a few miles from everything else. Definitely we'll come back next time.

The place is very clean. The owner prepare everything like a hotel service. We were really glad we found this bnb. The awesome park is we are closed to the store and the ice cream place. Highly recommend.

Excellent location near a fantastic beach. This property is good for a family that would like to walk to the beach. There is no pool and no yard. We took our kids and grandkids to the beach every day. The place was clean and provided us with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Bring your own condiments including coffee filters, butter, oil, and salt/pepper.

The house is beautiful!
My family and I stay at this property and we love it !! It is a lil smaller than pictures but the location was great. It was very clean as well! We will definitely be staying here again soon !

Very clean, spacious, everything we needed to cook our meals a couple nights. Right there next to stores, restaurants. Beach is right across the street. Highly recommend. There were nine of us in our group and it was more than enough space for all of us comfortably. Amazing communication with owner if you need anything, very friendly and professional.

We had an overall great experience at this property. Everything was very nice, we had plenty of space and a very short walk to the beach.
Carlos was available if we needed anything,
We will definately stay again should we find ourselves going to the Miramar/Destin area.

The property was amazing, literally across the street from beach. Carlo was very responsive and the home provided everything we needed. All TVs had fire sticks with subscriptions to Netflix. I definitely look forward to coming back.

Absolutely gorgeous unit with everything a family could possibly need! Far exceeded our expectations
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here! The kids room was perfect, the master bedroom was amazing! I was sad to leave this place, but will definitely be booking another trip here in the fall! Our unit was exactly as described and had even more then we knew, like a coffee maker, hair dryers in each bathroom and more! Alvins surf shop is right next to the unit which was awesome! This is a prime location! Would recommend 10/10!!!

The location was easy to access and so close to the beach even though it was not beach front we loved it. The house was clean and great to stay in. We will def rent this location again!

The picture of the map where it’s located doesn’t justify how close it is to the beach! I would say it’s a solid 2 minute walk! The beach is perfect and wasn’t crowded what so ever! We went during spring break and it was the most perfect place we could have ask for! The location was everything! We also were right next to store where you can get shirts beach chairs towels and so much more! The owners were so kind and made sure that everything was perfect! The rooms were very spacious along with being a very safe and friendly area! I would recommend staying here to everyone and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Without a doubt having this stay would not have made the trip easier especially the convince of all the fun restaurants, 2 minute walking distance to the beach and stores being on the same street! If you’re second guessing this stay don’t because I promise you it will be worth it! We had 10 guest and we all fit perfect! They also have beach chairs which made it very convenient rather then buying our own beach chairs! I could keep going on, but definitely would rent this place out again it was perfect and can’t thank Carlo and Anna for this beautiful stay!

This property was great for our girls trip for 5 women. The neighbors were very polite and how can we forget the beach is literally across the street!

If you are looking for a micro manager over you then go ahead for this property. We received a list of the house rules when the book-in information was sent. Putting a no sand and no shellfish when you are at the beach is absolutely ridiculous knowing we had 5 kids coming. You cannot expect the house/condo to not get sand in it at all. A broom and dustpan was not even left at the house just incase sand was brought in. It was a great location but the house needs a good cleaning and updating. I was disgusted with the dirt/grime on the base boards and in the fridge. We were not able to cook seafood as we had planned on due to the rule of no shellfish at all in the residence. I will not stay here again!!

Super close to the beach! great house
Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for all of our guests and very close to the beach. Great location, just a few steps from the beach. We will be back! I would recommend this location for anyone.

Excellent Conditions
Pictures were fantastic and we were afraid it wasn’t like we expected but it was.
The best part was the master bedroom had a sofa bed.
The properties have a hot tube, a table and a shower to clean yourself before getting in.
There is a queen bedroom downstairs which is good for anybody who can’t climb stairs.
Tv has a lot of channels and a comfy couch.
Carlo and Anna were great hosts and they offered their services to us in a very polite way.
We had only one problem which is not worth to mention but we tried to get in the beach access 3 times and we couldn’t. I didn’t want to bother them and we knew the access from the cibboney apartments next door. I am 100% sure Carlo and Anna would have gone to help us.

Great townhome, extremely close to the beach! In the past we've stayed in places were they said "its a short walk to the beach" and they mean walk many blocks! not in this case. Great location, close to everything, and the hosts were very helpful and nice! we'll be going back for sure!
