The pool, jacuzzi and sauna was being remodeled during prime. Not sure I understand the timing of this remodel.

Very nice property and great location. Comfortable for our family of five.

When we booked we didn’t know that we would be paying additionally for parking and no pool available. Also way too many emails from Red Awning services.

The room was perfect for our family. Lots of room and comfy beds. It was so close to downtown we could walk everywhere.

The instructions to check in have not been updated with the new procedure since covid. There was construction going on all week right outside our windows.

Great Location, walkable to main street, plenty of food, shopping, bars, and other fun activities. Ski Rental options were close and ski lifts were very close. view from the balcony was great. great room, plenty of space, like the big foyer since we had 6 people. Room to get ready and stash all of our outdoor stuff. Liked the fans and humidifiers that were available. Nice that there were games and movies to watch. Kitchen was great, lots of room, big fridge, lots of plates, pots, and pans, etc. Access to the pool and hotubs, sauna, and steam room.

The master bedroom bed was terrible! after longs days all I wanted was to rest, it seemed to be cheap old memory foam which made it nearly impossible to get comfortable. After about 5 minutes in bed the mattress sucked my wife and I into the middle and it was very hot! Very uncomfortable! The TVs were not great, very small and a terrible picture. TVs are super cheap these days, a decent 40"+ TV for the living room would be nice, and a decent size TV for the bedrooms. The master bedroom had a TV on the dresser at the foot of the bed, but is was less then 30" in think, We could not see it very well. Not a huge deal because we were out most of the time. However, we were going to watch a movie one night, would be nice to have a decent TV. The elevator, not sure you can change this but several times we were waiting for the elevator for more then 10 minutes. :( especially from about 8am-11am when people are getting up, heading out, and checking out. there is only one elevator. I think the pull out couch bed is breaking.

Large rooms, very comfortable.

Dim lighting in the master bed room and shower. Recycles were never collected and overflowed the basket and counters.
