La cuisine récemment rénovée propose des plans de travail en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable ainsi que tous les ustensiles et casseroles nécessaires pour préparer un repas fait maison. La chambre principale est située du côté de l'entrée du salon et offre une vue sur la rivière. We had an amazing experience of staying there. The house had all the games and kitchen was fully equipped. We just simply loved the stay and enjoyed with my family. Only problem was as there was no network and we reached at stay after hours, we had issues retrieving the code received through email to unlock the house.

Every year we stay in the Mtns, check out the leaves, and hit some great local eats, bars etc. The check in process was flawless, the place was clean, the master bedroom bed was really comfortable, the place is roomy, the deck overlooking the Pemi river was awesome but the only downfall was not being able to use the wood burning fireplace anymore as per policy. Something with their insurance policy which I can understand. Aside from that, the area is awesome, I spend a lot of time at Loon Snowboarding during the winter and this place location wise is perfect. If you are on the fence about not being able to have a fire in the fireplace, head over to the Woodstock Brewery and sit by their fire. Thing is huge and I dig their beers.

We stayed at this property as we were going to Santa’s Village with our family. Property was clean, well maintained and convenient to everything we needed in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. The description was spot on and management company was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely book here again. The unit and furniture were very comfortable.

Worst customer service. Stayed in Riverfront condo while the condo was clean to the eye we found several issues. First the living room furniture smelled like old wet dog and was broken so every time you sat on it it made a terrible noise. The beds were horrible, so old and uncomfortable that not even children could have a good night's sleep on the twin beds. Master bed was just a giant hole with a fluffy pillow topper on it. The refrigerator compressor was broken so every time it turned on the person closest to the kitchen was woken up by the loud noise. And lastly there were rodents in the unit. We did call and let them know about the rodents they sent someone out to place traps. The gentleman was sweet however when he left there were greasy rodent poison fingerprints all over the refrigerator, the counter and the stove that he touched. Loon Mountain Services did not care and we ended up leaving early because we could not sleep another night thinking there were rodents running around us. Even though we left early and left the unit spotless we were not offered any apologies nor offered any discount or credit. These people are only after your money. Also to clarify I spent a lot of time in the condo because I was not feeling well. Before I arrived I did let loon services know that I was very ill. I went online and checked the availability of the condo we rented and also of two other condos they managed. The three condos we're wide open with no other reservations until October. I asked if it was possible to move our reservation since I was not feeling well to another weekend. I did not ask for a refund. The woman laughed at me and said we would just have to cancel and no we're not getting money back. So I did go on the trip and I spent a lot of time in the condo so the issues of the rodents, the noise and the smell were ones that I witnessed firsthand for many hours.

This vacation home was the Best we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the mud room with the washer and dryer. The whole place was so roomy and decorated beautifully. Our favorite thing was four room Air Conditioner’s that cooled the entire place. Loved all the Games that were there already. The back deck overlooking the beautiful stream was Great! The area was so serene and quiet!! The pools were so nice and refreshing. The Beds were all Very Comfortable. Will Definitely stay here again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the river front. The condo is in great condition and the river view was fantastic. There is a swimming hole on property with a lovely view too. It is close to town (less than 2 miles). If the traffic is bad, it is walkable to town. The only negative is that my partner found the bed too soft.

We visited the White Mountain area during the COVID pandemic so we could spend time with our daughter and grandchildren. The check in process was excellent and contactless. The condo was the perfect set up. However the furnishings could use some updates. The mattresses on the bunk beds and master bed were very uncomfortable. The couches were a little worn. The bathrooms and kitchen seemed to be recently renovated. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect for our grandchildren. End unit on a dead end. They brought their scooters and played without fear of traffic. We were within an hour of all the activities we had planned. Checkout was also very easy.

The one downside was that the beach was always crowded with people who came from outside the complex. Wish it were private for people staying on the property but the pools were just for tenants and we never too crowded. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

We loved the location and the condo. We had 2 minor problems - a broken outdoor chair which happened while we were using it and dishwasher not working, but had a great response from Susan and others in the reservation service. We felt safe and comfortable and everything was clearly clean and sanitized.
We were able to swim in the river and the pool and had great access to Lincoln and hiking trails. Great vacation!

Had a wonderful stay with my grandson's first visit to NH - 4th generation at River Front! I only gave the property's condition 4 stars because the refrigerator was very loud. The mattress however was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The kids love playing at the river, and it was a most enjoyable week!

This unit was perfect for our Columbus Day weekend. The view from the porch is not only beautiful but the sound of the running river put it over the edge. This place was very good place to stay. Very clean, close to everything we do and it was on the river and my family loved it. My 2 nephews loved the river, walking and swimming in it as it was not crowded like the swimming hole in the center of Woodstock. The only thing I would ask for is instructions for the remotes that work tv and dvd. We figured it out but it was not easy. Also maybe a list of what the tv channels are. We are looking forward to coming back next summer and staying longer. Everyone in my family said 1st night was we are staying longer next summer. Everything was nicely layed out, plenty of room, nephews loved the decor and I loved the room I had as it had wolf pictures. We will definitely be back next summer. Thank you for the place. The AC’s were the crowning issue that helped us pick this place. We really need AC’s through out the place we stay at so please keep them. GREAT PLACE. THANK YOU.
