Everything is fine.

Host was very friendly, even though he didn't speak a lot of English. He even came over to help us when we thought the oven was on (which it wasn't hah). Host also left us complimentary bread and several other snacks/beverages, which was very nice. Full kitchen and fridge Parking available Wifi worked well downstairs

Several of the sliding windows didn't lock, which left us uneasy (though, it is a very safe town) Wifi didn't work well upstairs

The place was nice with nice views from the second floor. It has a nice patio that you can sit or eat when the weather permits. It was well equipped with everything you can have in a real house and also had a very homy feeling. Everything was in working order with no problem. The host was nice and accomodating.

It is not directly related to the appartment but there is a big problem with cuckroaches in any ground floor place. However, I would expect that they use some professional service to get rid or minimize. Also some of the kitchen stuff like old pans should really be replaced. You do need a car unless you plan to stay the whole time just in the house and lagoa.

Very nice and elegant apartment in Lagoa. Wonderful host. The house has a very comfortable living room, and a furnished kitchen.

We stayed during December with bad weather. The window in the main bedroom is a little bit damaged. Wind entered during the night, even though was not cold! It is necessary a maintance.

It was a fantastic stay. The house is not the newest, but we loved that charme and vibe it has. Also it's close to the pools where you can refresh during low tide, ans also only a short drive from nice beaches. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Jorge was a very nice host!

Could use a little make over with some of the amenities like household equipment or shower.

The apartment is very well equipped, spacious, clean and bright. It's very well located, small rocky beach, supermarket and restaurants are near, just few minutes by walk. Jorge is a very friendly, helpful and flexible host, highly recommend his place.

Everything was excellent, food in the fridge from the owner, very comfortable mattresses, a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine...all of these made our holiday amazing! Thank you!
