The apartment is very spacious ,including large parking , five minutes by car to Quebec old city. Although it is located on main road with tracks etc, the windows blocks any noise, and it is quite. The apartment is very well equipped with all you need in the washrooms and in the kitchen.

The host greeted us and gave us clear and concise instructions. The host gave us advice on how to get around for FEQ - very helpful!

The hosts left a welcome sign with chocolates and filtered water, which we thought was very thoughtful of them. The apartment is very clean, and it's exactly like in the pictures. They also had a binder with instructions for the apartment. The binder also had information on restaurants. Before we even got to the apartment, they had sent a link with information on what to do in Quebec. Everything was very thoughtful, and we greatly appreciated it. The location is wonderful. There are several trendy cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. We walked to the old town and back; it's about a 30-minute walk to get there. There is also a park nearby which we went and walked through it the very first day.

There was nothing that we disliked about our stay here. Everything was wonderful.

Very nice and safe property, super nice hosts. Felt like home away from home.

I wish we could have stayed longer

the facilities (washer, dryer, kitchen/cooking equipment) were well planned and appropriately useful. Access to parking and gym was simple and bedrooms were very comfortable. The hosts were easily accessible and extremely helpful with suggestions on travel and dining which allowed us to enjoy what the city had to offer.

The noise from heavy vehicle traffic was excessive during the early morning hours as the business days began. Heavy traffic was minimal on weekend and Holiday Monday. An apartment in the rear of the building would eliminate this problem.

Easy to find, access to old Quebec easy, good facilities, excellent parking.
