This property is absolutely beautiful and the perfect location within Kawama- within just a few steps of the lagoon beach and the smaller pool. Our whole group enjoyed the thoughtfully furnished condo that gave us plenty of space to spread out. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Having access to a golf cart and kayaks was a huge plus. I’ve already booked our return trip next year, we all agreed we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The house was so clean! It had everything we needed as far as living arrangements! Obviously, we had to supply our own food and stuff. The host was very gracious when it came to anything we needed or had concerns about! We LOVED it!! Such a cute little home!

We had an excellent stay for the week of New Years. Grandparents, parents, and two young children (4 and 2) were able to enjoy this property. Our only hiccup is that we ran out of toilet paper but otherwise it was perfect. We want to come back again next year!

We spent Christmas here and loved the property. The Christmas tree was an added bonus! It is well stocked with all of The essentials plus a lot of extras, such as kayaks, SUP, grill and golf cart. It was a friendly area and we can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed our stay here very much, great communication through out the whole process. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and everyone in the community was very nice. It is in a great location to sight see.

This property was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast in the lagoon just out of the back door and the property was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. There were plenty of sleeping spots, a nice kitchen/family room for gathering, and the back porch was perfect for enjoying an evening cocktail. We look forward to returning to this property soon!

Great place to stay! Very clean! Loved the location..loved that is has a guarded entrance and the property manager was fantastic! Lots of things to do at the location, as well as, the surrounding area. Great overall experience… highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed the comfortable furnishings, screened balconies, and beachy decor. The community was family friendly and the ability to rent a slip at the marina for our boat was an extra bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Our extended family of six (three adults and 3 children) stayed at Unit K3 for six nights and seven days during June 2022. This is a tri-plex unit with a bed and bath on each floor (the second floor had 2 bedrooms). We loved the three floors so we could space out, watch tv, read a book, cook, nap, etc. My son who is an avid fishman was worried about not having the proper fishing equipment; once we arrived, he was excited to see all the fishing poles and buying live bait was just a walk down to the fishing market. The girls were excited about the kayaks, boogie boards, stand up paddle board, floaties, etc. Everything you need is here! My favorite amenity were the balconies. I love fresh air and being able to be chill but still be close to the action. The balconies provided just that. Plus, the iguanas would climb the trees for your viewing pleasure! (I was a little anxious about all the iguanas, but they were so sweet and not mean or aggressive in any way. ) The propery has a wonderful saltwater lagoon. We live in Arkansas and are used to swimming in creeks, rivers, and our saltwater pool. The lagoon was magical. We were able to snorkel and see fish, swim to the swim mat, kayak, and paddle board throughout the lagoon. We loved it. There are aireators to keep the water flowing and fresh. The man-made beach at the lagoon was so nice! It is situated under palm trees so you can lay back in a lounge chair and just enjoy the breeze and solitude. There are two pools you can swim in. They were very well maintained. My son spent most of his time at the jetty near the marina. He caught several different species of fish and will always remember them! Be sure to visit the end of the jetty as the sun rises or sets for a beautiful view. My son and I visited the beach near the jetty. It is only visible during low tide. You will find lobsters, crabs, fish of many colors here. It is where he spent from sun up to sun down! The unit has a golf cart for discovering the resort easier. There are grills located throughout the resort. I would highly recommend Kawama Unit K3. Our family will be staying here again.

This was a nicely maintained property in a great location. There were several amenities and close to everything you need in Key Largo. The place was spacious with lovely decor. Kitchen was well-eguipped. We enjoyed the pool, lagoon and golf cart.

We had a great time staying at this home during our trip to the Keys. Anna was a wonderful host and the condo was very clean and thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home. There were even pool and beach toys provided for us to use at the pool or beach. Our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool and lagoon area. Golf cart a great bonus. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. Plenty of chairs and tiki shelters by the ocean for our use. The only downside is lack of a dining room table. We swam with the dolphins which is just 10 minutes away and was a blast. We recommend this property.

This was a lovely, clean property with wonderful beach decor. We didn't cook but there was a coffee pot, dishes and appropriate small appliances. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is nice, being right beside the lagoon and one of the pools and just a short walk to the second pool. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. The hostess was wonderful and responded to questions very quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location is centrally located, family friendly, easy to find, and well kept. Our only suggestion would be to see about getting more chairs and tables by the pool. We were there over the Christmas holiday and unless you went early in the day the tables and chairs would be occupied. Anna was very responsive to any questions or things that came up.

Our family had a great time at the property. The views of the water was top notch. We had plenty of space to hangout together as well as space if we needed to be by ourselves. Will definitely come back to this resort!

Not able to enter the place at the time specified in the contract, having 7 people in my group after 6 h of driving was not comfortable time waiting when you want to rest and go to the bathroom

My family of 6 adults just stayed at this property for 10 days. It was a perfect fit for us. It was very clean and well stocked. We cooked quite a few meals and had everything we needed. For some reason there was a cord missing from the tv in one of the bedrooms and Anna quickly took care of it for us!! She gave us great suggestions for going out to eat and was excellent with her communications!! We most definitely would return to this property in the future!!

Pros - The condo was right next to the lagoon. Our kids loved the lagoon. The condo was older, but a good job was done trying to update it. There was plenty of kitchen supplies. Pretty sunsets on the jetty. Cons for us - The locks seem to be new, but there is something wrong. The owner will send you a video, on how to work it. Just when you figure out how to lock or unlock the door, the key will take another 5 minutes to get out. There were tiny little bugs all over the kitchen. Im not sure if they were nats or fruit flies. I somewhat chalked it up to being FL but, we learned the hard way after we left out some bakery items that all food must be stored in the fridge. The beds are hard as a rock. The bathrooms are tiny, no tub (if in the listing, I missed it and my fault, but still 2 bathrooms were like closets). While not the fault of the owner, the beach area, where there are chairs and bbqs smells absolutely horrible. We had planned a picnic but could not take the smell. At lower tide, the area is completely covered in trash. And advice to all others: please look over the property good and immediately notify the owner if any issues. We were charged a $100 because she said we broke an ottoman. I did not think to notify the owner because it was very clear the ottoman was broke previous and it was repaired. There was some type of hard cardboard underneath the fabric that had either been taped or glued previous. My fault for not telling the owner, but you would of thought she would of asked what happened before she just bills you. Overall, for the price we paid, I would not stay here again.

Anna, the owner was very nice and answered emails and texts right away. She even stayed on the phone with me when we checked in as the keypad wasn't working due to new storm doors recently installed. We ere there for our oldest son's wedding and enjoyed every minute. We are planning to return some time in the winter months. I would recommend this property to everyone. We enjoyed it very much. Great unit for families. Well stocked with all necessities and more.

My family and friends had such a great time in this home. The pool and lagoon was just steps away from the back door. That turned into our kids favorite spot. The kitchen had everything needed so we could cook at the house. Anna was very help from the minute I book her home. We would come back here again.

Anna’s Key Largo condo was super clean and full of charm! My husband and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and made it special by bringing our 4 daughters with us for our keys getaway. The whole family fit very comfortably in this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped which i found very helpful because we made most of our dinners rather than eating out which could be quite costly with a family our size. My favorite spot for coffee in the morning was on the lanai off the master bedroom. You feel like you’re sitting in a tree house among the birds and iguanas! We look forward to another stay at Anna’s within the foreseeable future.

Great location! Lots of things for the kids to do. If you have a boat make sure to get a boat slip at the marina. Home very clean and comfortable, looks out over lagoon and pool very close by. Our granddaughters had so much fun and we took the boat out every day. Anna is wonderful to work with. Great memories made!
