We had a most relaxing getaway. This was our forth time spending time in this cozy cottage. We highly recommend staying here!!!

The pictures don't do it justice. The cottage is clean, quaint and the perfect spot for 2. The waterfall in the backyard is truly special. The owners pay a lot of attention to detail and the cottage has everything you need for a weekend. The double shower heads were also a nice treat. The downtown area is less than 10 min away with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall, a wonderful weekend and can't wait to book again in the future. Thank you again!

Everything was GREAT. Vrbo needs to adjust communication. Check in codes are supposed to last 15 minutes but doesn't last more than 15 seconds.

Linda and I had a superb time at the Millpond Cottage while visiting family in the area. The property was a joy to look at with waterfall and pond. My husband and I had an amazing stay here at this cozy cottage, there were snacks and drinks for us upon arrival. The view was beautiful from the deck and the home was very clean and organized when we arrived. We would definitely recommend and would stay again on your next trip!

We had a terrific stay at the cottage. The cottage was very clean and there was many little touches that made the weekend perfect including duck eggs, snacks, drinks and coffee supplied.

Our stay at the Cottage at Millpond Falls was amazing. The views of the falls is visible from every room and is spectacular. The attention to detail was incredible; every little thing was thought of, from milk and eggs in the fridge to an umbrella available by the door. The decor was lovely and the place was immaculate. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Our vacation at this beautiful home was an enchanting experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by its meticulous care and tasteful decor, creating a wonderfully romantic and intimate atmosphere. The serene presence of the waterfall and the charming ducks on the land, with the picturesque lake, added to the overall tranquility. The crisp air and attention to every detail, right down to the thoughtfully prepared picnic basket with disposable plates, cups, and spoons, left us wanting for nothing. The duck eggs provided for breakfast, along with delightful snacks and drinks, were a delightful touch that made our stay truly unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway.

Loved staying at this cottage, has a beautiful little waterfall right behind it and the host has the Carthage set up very nice. The place was clean and very easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect getaway. Lovely surrounding area. Hosts have thought of everything, plus more, to make the stay comfortable. Enjoyed our meals looking over the waterfall from the deck. Another indulgence was ice cream from Bellvale Creamery just down the road.

What a lovely stay at this gem of a cottage with a spectacular view! When we arrived, Bob & Loreli had left us a welcome note to reveal that they had left snacks, breakfast items, drinks and a super helpful guide book. The guide book was instrumental in us finding great places nearby for dinner, drinks and nightlife. We were conveniently situated close to Harriman State park which was our reason for the trip. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities and then some! We were able to grill with a waterfall view and then later at night enjoy a fire pit and relaxing chairs! We would absolutely recommend and hope to be back!

My fiancé and I stayed here for romantic winter weekend getaway in Warkwick, NY. This exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped foot in this adorable, luxury cottage! It was very clean and superbly decorated with thoughtful and warm accents. Our favorite part was the bedroom which had a large window view of the waterfall right behind the property. The bed was so comfortable with soft sheets, pillows, and a plush comforter (I want to buy the same one for myself!). The kitchen, bathroom, and kitchen amenities were great as well! The shower has 2 shower heads and a heating light in the bathroom also. We felt right at home and would love to stay even longer next time. You can tell that the owners truly care about providing a hospitable and magical experience. They gave us suggestions of things to do in the area and local restaurants before we arrived so we had local recommendations! We enjoyed exploring the cute town of Warwick and also stopped in Sugar Loaf, a local artisan community. It was a memorable, wonderful trip and we can’t wait to book another vacation to this cottage in the future!

Gorgeous setting with a back deck view of a waterfall. Quiet, perfectly decorated, feels very upscale but also cozy and comfortable. The owners go above and beyond to make things perfect. Communication is great and the keypad entry means no key to keep track of which I love. Beautiful area of New York.

It was a very special place to stay and we were treated to not only super accommodation with the waterfall as an outlook but on arrival there were fresh roses in a vase, ( stayed at so many vrbo rentals over the years but this was a first)all kinds of treats and fresh duck eggs too. Many thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay

Great care was taken to set us up for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this well designed and appointed cottage. The hosts made sure we knew they were available while giving us complete privacy. The market next door was a great place for salads and sandwiches. The town had some nice restaurants and the many beautiful parks with great hiking nearby gave us plenty to do. We would love to come back in colder weather to experience the cottage in a different season.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The cottage is beautiful, clean, bright, cozy, there is so much detail in every corner of the house, it is definitely a place the hosts have put a lot of thought and effort to make it perfect.

Great nature getaway
Property was set up with everything we needed. Gorgeous views- trees on all sides. Lots of wildlife around, including a heron on the pond. Quiet and cozy.

They were very thoughtful in putting amenities in the place. Location was right in the middle of warwick and greenwood lake. There is also a deli that's walking distance. The drives around the area are scenic. People around the area are super kind.
