Liked the brightness and cleanliness of the flat. The living room was spacious and comfortable.

The arrangement to collect keys is bad! The lockbox is on the ground attached to a pole- How many dogs have weed on that??? Also not good if it’s raining! The hallway of the building g is GRIM.

Electric light in lounge broken which was a known problem (evidenced by a letter left at the property) and not fixed before we arrived on a weekend for 4 nights, offer for us to go and buy a light ourselves as they couldn't get an electrician at the weekend, which would be refunded, was not a satisfactory solution. I believe it was fixed on the afternoon of day 3 but we had already left. Shower head hardly working with jet of water coming from the side and hitting the wall, and was leaking into flat below causing their fire alarm to beep, another known problem. The bed was very small and incredibly uncomfortable with dip in the middle. Bedroom very small indeed and the blind was broken. Landing lights broken or inefficient and peeling wall paper in hallways. As a result we left a full 2 days early but owner refused to refund anything despite all the issues and inconvenience to us, and the flat being empty and available to rent again for the last 2 days.

Beautifully presented and delightfully furnished. High ceilings, light and airy with the morning sun coming in through the eastern windows. Loved it stay and the hosts were very helpful.
