Nous venons de terminer une rénovation intérieure complète à l'intérieur, en 2018. Le cadre sur Bass Lake est magnifique et relaxant. La maison dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et se sent comme neuf à l'intérieur. Bass Lake est un lac de 365 acres tous sports. Les levers de soleil du matin sont parfaits pendant que vous buvez votre café de la véranda au bord du lac. Faites griller vos plats préférés directement sur notre terrasse arrière ou visitez les nombreux restaurants locaux. Ne vous inquiétez jamais des équipements car ce chalet a tout. Câble, Wi / Fi, laveuse / sécheuse / climatisation. Vous serez à proximité des établissements vinicoles, des brasseries, des magasins locaux, de plusieurs terrains de golf, du centre-ville de TC et du village emblématique de Grand Traverse Commons. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, le lac Michigan, Leland, Frankfort, Crystal Mountain sont à quelques minutes. À seulement 10 minutes de Traverse City, vous pouvez nager, pêcher, faire du kayak depuis votre maison privée. Prévoyez de profiter de la magnifique ville de Traverse sur le magnifique Bass Lake!

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of places, this by far is the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Dean and Renee were on top of all communication. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. Watching the sun come up over the lake with a cup of coffee is great for the soul. We will definitely return.

This cabin had everything we had hoped for. It Is very comfortable, enjoyed the fireplace and having it right on the lake with kayaks (if only the weather were better). The lake is so beautiful and the screen porch and the covered outdoor swing were so nice. There is even a well marked trail in the Forest Preserve across the street. We loved our week there and plan to be back next summer.

Neighbors wanted a get away for a few days and found this cute cottage on Bass Lake. Dean and Renee were wonderful and the cottage was spotless. We were surprised to find that it was furnished with everything that we needed. Already miss sitting on the screened porch staring at the water or watching the sun rise. Highly recommend this wonderful cottage on a beautiful lake.

We loved this home! We rent homes several times each year and this home was by far the most stocked we’ve ever stayed at! Everything from necessities to beach towels to coloring and art supplies for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, we loved the available kayaks/paddleboat, and sitting in the screened in porch was lovely.
Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful setting for lakefront cottage that has quality updates. Super clean and well supplied. Communications with Dean were great. Appreciated a dock for my boat. Really enjoyed the screened in porch and swing in the backyard. Perfect for the two of us with rooms to spare. Great job on all the updates and amenities.

This property is as described and has all amenities needed to stay an entire weekend and never have to leave. We loved the views, the comforts of home and the peaceful experience of Bass Lake. Very clean and well maintained property. We will stay again.

Cottage-like house with updated appliances and AC. Great to have the two kayaks with easy launch from the property.
Attentive communication with the owners. A brief storm knocked out the water heater which the owners got back on ASAP with their APP as soon as I messaged them that it was out.
Great having until 11am to check out.

The home on Bass Lake was as described. The owners were easy to communicate and very considerate. We had four adults staying with plenty of room. The home was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and enjoyment of the lake. The neighbors were friendly.
We have been vacationing in upper Michigan for many summers and this location and home by far as been the BEST... we would highly recommend this home.

This cottage was everything promised in the listing! Beautifully remodeled, well equipped, clean. The view is incredible! We loved sitting on the screened in porch and gazing at the lake. We hope to be back next year.

This place really rocked it!! The views were amazing, the neighbors were really friendly we even got a pontoon ride around the lake. The two person swing was a really good addition, we used it a lot during our stay. The house was very clean and set up nicely for our stay. We are ready to do it again. Thank you again for all your effort for us to enjoy our vacation.

We loved this adorable cottage right on a gorgeous lake! Sunrises were incredible. The lake was like glass - so peaceful and beautiful. It was so quiet I could hear fish jumping. This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our daughter’s graduation from Interlochen Arts Academy.

Very impressed with this beautiful little cottage! Very clean and comfortable. Caught several fish off of the dock. Even a 14” bass. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated how quiet the lake was. We used the peddle boat to go to the sand bar near the island. We loved how close it was to Traverse City to meet up with friends for dinner and live music. We’ll be back!

It was a great location being right on the water. It was clean. It was nice for us to drive into town and also to visit family that live outside of town. We would definitely stay here again, we would love summer time to explore the lake!

Third time renting this property. Beautiful home. Perfect for relaxation and beautiful views. Close to downtown and wineries if you choose. Otherwise the home has everything you need! Will definitely return.

Island View is a lovely place to spend time on this quiet lake. The morning sunrise delighted us as we had our coffee, and did some fishing off the dock. The screened porch was wonderful for evening dinners and playing games. The walking trail nearby was so convenient for strolls, and just enough challenge for us older folk.

We loved our stay. The house was very nicely renovated, clean, and everything we needed was provided. The location is also perfect with close proximity to both Traverse City and Interlochen. While we didn't get to enjoy the water due to unusually cool August temperatures, the lake was beautiful and very peaceful.

Beautiful Lake House Retreat!
This place was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very informative and responsive. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The entire place has been renovated and re-decorated and is lovely and comfortable. It is well appointed in the kitchen and with lifevests, kayak, canoe, paddle boat, everything you need for outdoor fun. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived. My favorite place was the screened in porch facing the lake. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful quiet lake
The cabin is on a beautiful quiet lake that was perfect for the kids swimming. We loved using the paddleboat. The cabin was nicely renovated recently and is spotless. The location is great for quick trips to Traverse City for dinner.

This listing was perfect for our Memorial girls weekend away! First, the host was so sweet and gave us a gift of wine and a couple of motivational notes for our 10k we were running that weekend. They were very easy to get a hold of with questions and really made the stay top notch. You can tell they care for the rental as it is fully updated and had all the essentials you may need or have forgotten- ziplocks, towels, fully stocked kitchen and tolietries!The best part of the listing was view of Bass lake. On Memorial weekend you may expect the lake to be busy but there were not many people out and it was quite peaceful. You had the option of bringing your own boat, but we had a great time using the kayaks and exploring around the lake. It is only 25 minutes from Traverse city with an easy route into town. I cannot wait to hopefully return again soon!

Perfect Lake Getaway
Everything was wonderful. House was the perfect size for our group of 4. Everything we could possibly need I the kitchen to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Great location. Just a short drive to sites. Would definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though several days had some heavy rain. The facility was great, communication with the landlords was quickly answered. Having the aluminum boat on site was appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will stay there again!
