This is our second time at this property. We love everything about the place including the location. Everything you need is stocked in the house. Our comfort for a very hot week was exceptional. We will be booking again. Thank you for the privilege to rent your home.

My family and I had a great week. The house was clean and had all the basic necessities covered. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked . The beach was clean and we spent many hours just floating. The area was quiet but close enough to stores and restaurants . I definitely would consider going back next year.

This property was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for, exactly as described, if not better! 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, a "game room" downstairs that the kids loved, a kitchen full of everything you could possibly need to cook. Walking distance to the lake and a semi private beach, 20 min drive to Story Land, 15 min from Conway. We loved the place so much we discussed making it an annual get away!

This place was great! Internet was easy to log on to, entry was easy and great amount of kitchen supplies. Love having coffee filters etc. You always forget the little things. Greatly appreciated!

The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was super comfortable and cozy. The owner was easy to get a hold of for questions and super prompt with his responses. We have stayed at other properties in the area and this by far was the best place we have been. Would totally stay there again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful home in a great location! My family and I have been renting in Eidellweiss for over 10 years and this is one of the best properties we’ve rented. I hope to stay here again in the future.

This house has everything you need to be comfortable. My husband is a contractor and he was admiring some of the details! Forgot sugar and it was there. They had so many items In the kitchen. And a regular coffee pot and a keurig, bonus! The ice maker worked great! We rented 2 houses and this one was definetly superior to the other one they had. Played cards all together every night, it rained for a few days but we read and hung out and shopped in North Conway and went to a fantastic restaurant there, Would recommend, the only thing we could think was lacking were screen doors esp on the kitchen deck to let the air in without bugs flying in! Thank you for your hospitality! Definitely recommend as one of the nicer rentals there!

The house was conveniently located to many things, great hiking trails, shops, and sight seeing . You can drive an hour to most anything. The kitchen was nicely stocked, dining area and living area suited our family. We had 4 adults staying for the week. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to NH very soon. We have a lot more hiking we’d like to do!

We had a wonderful time. The pond (small lake where I come from) was perfect for the children. After they got good at the kayaks we rented they were able to go by themselves. We fished and swam and then went back to a fire and more family time.

A great rural location with a large pond and a children's playground a few steps away. Plenty of room for us in this comfortable and well appointed house. And while quiet and rural it's location is within a few minutes drive of all that North Conway NH has to offer. Certainly well recommended!

I am extremely glad that we chose this house. Michael the owner was extremely easy to work with the house had everything we needed and more, even the teen kids did not get bored. We couldn’t have been more happy with the proximity of the beach to the house. There is only one suggestion I would have for Michael and his family is to create some kind of stairs or little bridge from the porch to get to the fire pit area. The kitchen truly was fully stocked gas grill very perfect for our family to use in the washer and dryer definite plus. We would definitely stay here again in the future, should it still be available for us, we were very happy with everything highly recommend it thank you again.

We had a fabulous week staying at Michael's house in Madison. The house is wonderfully furnished, with all the cooking equipment you could need, beds to sleep 9 (with an airbed for another), leather sofas, a full dining area, a fire pit, a sun porch, a front porch with four rockers. (Two giant TVs, too, which we assume work, but never turned on.) The Wifi never cut out and was more than adequate for two Zoom meetings at the same time. Best of all, the house is just 100 paces from a beautiful sandy beach on Middle Pea Porridge Pond, which is really more of a lake, with clear water and a dock to swim out to. Half a mile up the road is a beach on the full Pea Porridge Pond, which is twice as big (at least). My 13 year old son spent hours on the full basketball court that sits next to the beach. We spent a few days hiking in the White Mountains, another day at Lower Falls (a wonderful river spot where you can slide down small falls into pools of crisp water), and a few hours shopping at the North Conway Outlets (75 stores and counting). Plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating in the area (plenty with indoor seating, too, but COVID is still a thing and we aren't nuts). Michael was wonderful to communicate with - each email returned within a few minutes, but we didn't need much info, since the house was totally user friendly and easy. Simple to get into the house (which was easy to find on Google maps), and easy to close up. We would have stayed another week (or month) if we could have.

Fully supplied kitchen, clean and new. Beds for everyone and lots of space for dinning and family game nights. Easy access to a quiet beach. This is our number one pick for return next summer.

My family and I just returned from our week long vacation at this home. We have been going to this area for the past several years for our summer vacation. Each time we have rented a house. This is the only one that has truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking and dining. Having two full bathrooms was fantastic. I also loved that there was a washer and dryer for us to use. The owner, Michael, was great. We lost power for about 36 hours during our stay due to tropical storm Isaias. Michael was extremely responsive and helpful during this time. The location was perfect for shopping, hiking, and visiting the lakes. This home will be our first choice, if available, for future vacations. We highly recommend this home.

Nice house very close to a large, beautiful lake. Well stocked, clean and comfortable.

What a wonderful time we had this past week! The whole process was a breeze, from signing the lease, to getting the code to the home to checking into the home. The owner, Michael, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn’t find the WiFi password and emailed him and he got right back to me with the information of the password and where it was posted in the house! It had an amazing farmer’s porch that we enjoyed nightly and a balcony on the side for our morning coffee. The space was great! Two full baths was a huge convenience with a family of 5 and the washer and dryer was pivotal! The home offered a large nice kitchen, plenty of platters, pans and utensils to use and a great, spacious living room for us to enjoy watching our favorite shows and movies. The home is almost across the street from Eidelweiss Beach. We ventured around and going Porridge Pond to be our favorite. Quiet, secluded and gorgeous! The home also offered Water 3 tubes that can be found in the garage. We had so much fun using them. Honestly, I was as comfortable staying there as I would my own home. Best experience we’ve ever had renting a home for the week! Thank you to Michael and family for a wonderful home that we called home for the week! :)

Great property! We spent a week up there for a nice relaxing vacation. Close to the clean lake, great beach, very nice locals. The house was clean and slept all of us comfortably. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Good location , nice home , overall satisfied with the rental

Nice clean house right around the corner from a fresh water beach. House has a well stocked kitchen and there is also a grill available for use. I would highly recommend this house and will surely rent again.

We had a great week at the house. Does not feel like a rental - feels like a home. Very comfortably furnished. Washer/dryer a big plus. Nice outside seating including fire pit. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Very responsive owners. Only downside is owner requires a mandatory insurance policy ($79) or a large security deposit ($3000). Otherwise very happy with our stay.
