Very comfortable apartment for family holiday. 2 separate bedrooms and big living room, large terrace which has a see view in the corner. And very clean. The location is nice if you have a car (3 km from beach and 5 to Pula). In the village there are 2 supermarkets and many large in Pula.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marianne. The apartment is huge, perfectly clean, has a nice view of Pirate Bay, and has all the utensils for a self-catering holiday (cooking & washing). The owners are very helping and friendly. The location is just great for an active and relaxing holiday, as it is at the entrance in the Soline natural park and at the edge of the elegant Vinkuran residential area. Multiple beaches are at 5 min drive (we chose the one in Plescana Uvala, which is great for small kids) and everything in Premantura is at 5-15 mins drive. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Everything was great

First of all I gotta say that this place was as calm and relaxing as we needed it to be. Our reason of the trip was to find rest and relaxation as well as discovering Istria. And well, luckily this was the perfect place for us. If you are there by car you can even easily reach brijuni or kap kamenjak within few kilometers. Due to a lot of traffic jam we were very late on our arrival, no problem for the hosts, they were very kind and the communication was very easy. We even got a lot of helpful tips right after arriving, like a big local shopping center, nearby local stores or sightseeing tips. The bathroom and everything else in the accommodation was sparkling clean, just in case we even had a vacuum cleaner. Generally everything was there what we could have needed (kitchen utils, books, yoga mat...) The bedroom was also really clean and the bed was nice, too. We had a nice view from the balcony on a small bay, you can go by foot there within 10-15 minutes and there is a conoba grill, too. Last but not least I gotta mention, that we had all of the time our rest, Vinkuran is a pretty calm place, even in August, so it's definitely worth going there even in main travel season! There was nothing to complain about

Our hosts are very kind persons, discreet, but in the same time ready to help whenever they can. Our 3 year old son felt immediately very familiar with Marianne and talked to her as if he knew her since ever. We all felt welcome and enjoyed our stay in Vinkuran entirely. Pjescana Uvala is about 2 km away from the house and it's nice for all ages. Our apartment was spacious, spotless clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had a large covered balcony with a nice view to the bay called Captain's Beach and it was nice to start the day with a breakfast outside, breathe the fresh morning air and delight our eyes with the beautiful view of the bay. We hope we'll return one day to Villa Marianne and to our kind hosts.
