It was wonderful. Silvio greeted us, showed us the apartment and gave us some information about Cuneo.
The apartment was spacious, very, very clean and well appointed. It was soundproof and naturally cool for the summer temperatures. The washing machine for our clothes was much appreciated as was the opportunity to cook our meals in the kitchen.
We had a safe place to park our bicycles. the apartment was a few metres walk from Via Roma, so we could be in the heart of the city in moments and could then return to the quiet sanctuary of the apartment.

Apartment was really nice. Just 15mins walk from the train station, location was perfect, in the city centre. Close to restaurants, bar, shops and other stuff. In all it was quite.

Perfect location to visit the city, 2 steps into historical center; easy parking within 500 m; several excellent restaurants in the vicinity; owner very kind and efficient including communications and local suggestions.
Excellent facilities also for a long stay, very well equipped kitchen!
Heating although sufficient not ideal in a cold winter - definitely to improve in the bathroom
