The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool which made it quite noisy in the early evenings with kids playing at the pool which closes at 9.

The first time in over 40 years that I have been away for Christmas. The accommodations were very good and a excellent location to shopping, the beach, but you do need a car if you want to explore the island and go to Costco.

This place was clean and nice and in a great area. It was roomy enough for all 4 of us to stay. We enjoyed it thoroughly and thank Andrew and Lynn for their hospitality. Mahalo, the Niizawa family

We are so glad we stayed here. It had everything we needed for our trip. Very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the patio was just wonderful to watch sunsets from. Also a nice plus is the rooftop to hang out on. Thanks Andrew & Lynn for letting us stay here!

The unit was clean and centrally located. Right across the street from a gorgeous beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well. The owner and staff on-site are so kind and responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Mahalo!

Fantastic location close to beach. We really appreciated that the property was well stocked with all the basics.

We had a great time! Property was a short walk to the beach park and ABC store. Restaurants and gear rentals close by. Host was accommodating and communication was easy.

Ideal location and fortunate to stay here considering the pandemic that followed. Loved the deck since my husband had recent back surgery and we were not able to do as many things as usual. Great sunsets and whale watching from the rooftop deck. Hope you can use the updated “Maui Revealed” we left. Since we came home to Seattle, we’ve appreciated our stay in Maui even more!! Mahalo!

We LUV it @ KBR! Your unit was clean and well supplied with pots/pans/dishes, and towels. Everything was in working order. We were quite satisfied. Thank you for sharing your home with us. :) We took good care of it/treated it with respect! The only thing I would suggest, would be to hang some blinds or drapes by the patio doors to provide some privacy at night. It was suggested that I do a load or two of laundry before checking out. I definitely would've done that, but there was no detergent in the unit. Sorry. :(

This is a beautiful condo, well stocked and in the perfect location for shopping, eating, swimming, snorkeling, etc., etc. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks Andrew!

Nice unit and good building

We visited in December and fell in LOVE with Kihei! We had no idea when we booked that Kamaole I was one of the best beaches around for families! The surf was calm enough until mid afternoon most days, allowing us to snorkel and play most of the day. The location was AWESOME! We walked everywhere for snacks and meals and shopping. The condo is close enough that one of us could just run up and make a picnic to enjoy down at the beach. The condo itself was great. The lanai was our favorite part, followed by the roof top deck! We saw humpback whales from both spots! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars in cleanliness was mainly the bathroom. Some reviews used the term “spotless” and that was not the case for our stay. The bedroom could use a good dusting. (Dust would fly when we turned on the fans) And the bathroom could use a DEEP clean, especially the shower (mildew and mold)! Otherwise, the property was clean enough and family friendly. We would recommend this place and would probably stay here again, if we knew the bathroom situation was improved.

The location was wonderful with just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The owners were very quick to respond to small issues (replacing a light bulb and a towel rack). Lots of homey amenities. We really appreciated the beach chairs!

We were very pleased with the location of this property as we were able to walk to local restaurants, shopping and beaches. We are also impressed with the staff who look after the building. Andrew and Lynn care about their condo and keep improving it.

Condo is in a great location, across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The rooftop has an outdoor kitchen and great sunsets. The condo is well stocked with chairs , umbrellas and beach towels. We had a great tay. Thanks Andrew and Lynn.

We had such a great time in Maui and at Kamaole Beach Royale. Andrew & Lynn's condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & was incredibly clean & tidy when we arrived. The location of the condo was great and right across the street from three beaches! All the beaches were perfect for swimming, snorkeling or watching the sunset! We swam with so many turtles at the first beach! The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella & coolers to take to the beach and we greatly appreciated all these amenities! Thanks again for the perfect stay! We will be back sooner rather than later!

We stayed at Andrews condo for a week and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Condo was clean and had all the necessities. Location was as advertised across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. This was a laid back part of Maui compared to the tourist areas like Lahaina. Plenty of things to see and do are all around and close.

We loved staying here! Great condo, even better location close to everything! We will definitely come back. My only constructive criticism is the pull out bed/sofa which offers no support.

We spent 5 days in this condo and found it to be very well equipped, clean and with everything we needed. The location was great too, for exploring other places in Maui. We were across the street from 3 of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Overall it is a quiet place yet close to restaurants and stores to walk to. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! This is an awesome place and highly recommended.

We had an amazing week on Maui, staying at this condo. It is very well situated and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time on the island (chairs, coolers, boogie boards...) Andrew and Lynn are very responsive hosts. Mahalo for everything. We’ll be back.

We stayed at this condo from April 20th-30th, 2019. The weather was perfect for our entire stay. We started each morning off with a walk around the beautiful, safe neighbourhood, followed by our trip to the beach. The condo itself has all the amenities you need including the best beach chairs ever! The entire building is very clean. The gorgeous roof top terrace overlooks the ocean and the barbecues are shared between all guests. We used them only twice but did not have to wait either time to cook our food. The pull out couch is comfy when you put the memory foam on it, bed is a little hard for those with back issues. Everything inside the condo works perfectly fine, from the coffee maker to the washer and dryer. The shower pressure is good and you don’t run out of hot water. The walk across the street to the beach is shorter than some walks on an all inclusive resort. There is a flashing cross walk so no waiting to cross the road and safer if you are travelling with small children. As for the beach...it is Kamaole or “Kam 2”. Although it isn’t the longest or the widest beach we have ever been on, it is definitely the best!! The sand is soft, it contains no rocks, no algae, an absolute perfect ocean bottom. Sea turtles swim past this location daily so bring your underwater cameras or go pro’s. There are lots of food establishments close by so you won’t go hungry. Maui is a beautiful island, and Kihei is a perfect spot to stay and enjoy it.

I will for sure stay in this condo again! The condo itself has everything you need, is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The building is nice as well, the pool and rooftop patio are great! The location of the condo is perfect... it's a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei, and is walking distance to everything else you might need during your stay. Thank you for the recommendations while we stayed there, I found them very helpful. I have already recommended this condo to friends, and will continue to recommend to everyone I know!!

We had an amazing trip and our condo was spectacular. Andrew and Lynn was very accommodating with our reservations and the condo was everything we needed with great views.
