L'un des condos les mieux classés sur la plage !! Condo entièrement mis à jour avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain avec une vue superbe - assez haut pour être au-dessus du bruit et toujours offrir l'expérience personnelle d'une escapade de vacances sur le golfe. Totalement mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux meubles, la literie, la peinture, les petits appareils électroménagers, toutes les fournitures de cuisine, etc. en août 2018. WiFi gratuit dans le condo et service de plage GRATUIT (2 chaises / 1 parasol) pendant la saison de location de plage de mars à octobre.

This condo was a great location for low key. My family really enjoyed our stay. Will book again. Loved that the condo had beach toys, rafts, and beach chairs. Highly recommend!!

This was by far the BEST property we’ve ever stayed in!! Mike and his managers were easy to communicate with and the location was top notch. It is located on the quieter side which we love but was only a few minute drive to the action.
The condo was stocked with everything you could want or need (except a can opener…thank you YouTube for helping out. HA) which made it easy for family meals on the balcony.
Watching the sunset from the beach or balcony followed by a night swim became our nightly routine.
Our family has been spoiled and I’m guessing we will never be able to not stay beachfront again! See ya soon PCB, thanks for having us!!

The unit was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around. The pantry/cabinet space in kitchen was limited for supplies for the week. Also I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning job being that check out is 9:00am and check in isn’t until 4:00pm. The floors and furniture had sand as though it was rushed over. Other than that we would rent this unit again. The rest of the property was well kept and the staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Very clean property with plenty of room for a Condo. Great view of the ocean off the balcony. Located next to stores and restaurants. Beach is very clean and the water is clear. Huge kitchen which a lot of condo's do not have. 2 large rooms with a big bed in each, fold out couch, 2 closet bunks and plenty of room for an air mattress. Kid friendly yet not loud or crazy at night. Perfect for the family. If you are college kids looking for a spring break condo you would want to stay closer to pier park. I have kids 10, 12, 13, and 16. This place and location is perfect for the 10-13 year olds. My 16 year old loved it in the day but I would drop her and her friends off at Pier Park in the evening as that is where the hot spot is for teenagers to hang out in the evening and is safe and heavily police patrolled. Two thumbs up and I have stayed in a lot of condo's. This is one of the best.

We were looking for a quiet getaway in a n optimal location. The property was optimal! Beach was beautiful and Mike was very pleasant to communicate with. Would stay again.

The room was great! Just as nice as the pictures showed. Plenty of room for all 7 of us and easy access to elevators and beach. Had a great time! Will be renting 1008 again.

Unit is decorated nicely, beds very comfortable. Second time staying at treasure Island, it never disappoints. Love the snack shack by the pool.

We stayed here last year & loved it so much we booked it again. It was just as nice! It’s decorated in a pretty beach theme. Has a great porch to sit & watch the beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The owners are friendly & attentive. We will definitely stay here again for our annual girls trip!

The unit was very nice and clean. Very well appointed. My boyfriend and I especially liked the nice patio furniture as we hung out on the balconey a lot. The parking garage made coming and going so easy...loved the place !

The outside such as walkways and elevator could have been cleaner
When we had been traveling all day to reach our stay, it would have been nice to have a small bar of soap to wash up

Nice place & huge balcony!
Really nice property, great view, huge balcony to enjoy the ocean. Wonderful week w/ my family! Only complaint- I couldn't find a can opener. If that was my biggest problem, then there was really no problem at all.

Third time in this unit
This was our 3rd time staying in Mike's unit and once again it was an awesome stay. Super clean, everything worked as it should, amazing views, and excellent communication with the owner. This is our "go to" for summer vacations in PCB.

Wonderful condo
This was our first time to stay at Treasure Island and we loved it. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was also updated with new appliances. The owner was great. We asked for early check in and he was very quick to respond and give us an earlier check in time. The only complaint we had was about the beach chairs. We don’t understand why they are all booked when you are the first one down to get one. We got folding chairs 2 days. Everything else was perfect. We had a great stay and will be back!!

Amazing!
We had the best time. The condo was clean, there was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony furniture is extremely nice and comfy. Also a shorter walk to the beach than most condos I’ve stayed in!

Paradise Right on the Ocean!
The waves crashing, the birds flying, this condo is on the 10th floor - so high above the beach activity of the beach and the pool which is right below. This unit has it all in the way of location and comfort. The comfy king bed in the master has a sliding door to the lanai and leaving the door open at night brings the ocean right to you! We will most definitely stay here in any future travels to Panama City. Highly recommended!

We have been coming to PCB for over 20yrs and have stayed in several really nice condos, but 1008 at Treasure Island is by far the best! Clean and beautifully decorated as shown in the pics, with a nicely decorated spacious patio and fantastic view. This condo has all the amenities a family would want/need for a worry free stay and with emphasis on the extremely comfortable beds! Beach service and assigned parking spot a huge bonus. The owner Mike is great to work with and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend…..just not on the dates we want!! ;)

Great, quiet vacation

We had a wonderful long weekend away. The condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed the comfy furniture on the balcony and the beach chairs! Several restaurants were within walking distance. It was our first time in Panama City Beach, but won’t be our last!
