The owner is very accommodating and responsive to my inquiries. The unit is clean and tidy. furnitures are well maintained and everything is complete from basic cooking utensils to plates etc.

what we like here is the great view. very relaxing, peaceful and quiet. going on a beach or country club is hassle free because of shuttle roving and rounding around the pico resort. and the staffs are very kind and nice.

To much construction. Beach access poor. Not welcome as a guest.

The host was very professional to deal with. The internet access was good.

Utensils were dirty. No blankets provided, only flat sheets that don't even look welcoming. The sofa bed is dirty. The room lacks charm. It feels so empty and looks sad. Would've been nice if there was even a small soap bar and other toiletries as a welcome token. It's in the small things that guests feel welcome.

The ambiance is very good. The house is very clean and is provided with every needs. The owner and caretaker are very accomodating. The owner immediately responds to our queries. They informed us with essential details regarding the stay of the place.
