Neither bathroom worked properly. I was trapped in the main floor bathroom for over 30 minutes until my son was able to get me out. The upstairs bathroom’s toilet ran water constantly. Kitchen lights stopped working. The great thing was it was close to the beach and the beds were nice to sleep in.

The pros were that it was really close to the Beach and you could walk there in just a minute or two but that was about it. It had a decently spacious feeling even for 6 people but there are a few things that definitely need attention. The room was cleaned ok but not that great prior to our arrival. Sand was all over the floor but that is to be expected to an extent being right at the beach. The rooms were ok but only having 1 TV isn’t he living room and nothing in the bedrooms doesn’t work well if you have a family with kids. The down stair toilet was broken on arrival and would not flush due to broken parks in the back of it. The toilet up stairs barley worked but enough to get through the 4 day trip. Stair to go upstairs are very small and narrow and super steep for what it is. Washer and dryer were filthy with all kinds of rust and a bunch of other things that didn’t get cleaned. Dryer was full of fuzz, lint and hair and we had to clean that prior to use along with the washer. Showers were not cleaned very well and had hair etc left in them. Trash can was over flowing on arrival. Kitchen was spacious enough for use but the fridge and freezer again were not clean. Couches had stains and just looked old and dingy. The place was very outdated and run down looking on the outside and seems to be falling apart on the inside. Doors would not close drawers in kitchen and some upstairs were broken and would fall out if not supported during use from the bottom. All sliding hinged doors for laundry area and closets were falling apart. Closets were filthy and buckets of paint and screws were everywhere in them. For th reprice you’d think there would be a better value like having things that worked, a tv in all rooms and even things be clean when you arrive. The beds in this place are horrible. They are hard and every time you touch them, lay down in them, get up or roll over they make a loud crunching and squeak like plexiglass breaking. You can hear it from the bedrooms up stairs to down stairs. I have never stated anywhere where beds were this terrible. This place is ok if you just need a night or two but look elsewhere for extended vacations and a better spot for a family vacation. Price is high for what you get and you kinda feel rippped off when you leave.

Love that we have enough space to sleep ,it’s clean .The only issue is our first day the bathroom toilet clog up and the lock on the door by the veranda next to the bedroom I sleep in will not lock.But the beach is close so it’s good.And oh yeah! Why you all hang a that little frame on the sealing?its weird to me.

The best things about this place. it was close to the beach. The bed slept awesome. My husband usually has back pain most mornings and absolutely no pain.

It was to late for us to change our reservation. Because we drove so far ,only had 2 days that it was late so sprayed everything with lysol so we could enjoy the short time we had. I won't be renting from VRBO ever again.

The size was awesome for me and my 3 friends! You could see the water from the deck, and could walk to the beach in under a minute!! Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find, and great location with lots to do and good food all around! I'd go back today

Love this house and the location. Nice to have an elevator to bring everything up when we arrive and take everything down we are departing. The house has great porches that we all flock to every evening after we are ready to relax. It is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We have rented and will continue to rent this house .

I love this place! I’ve stayed here several times. It’s so close to the beach and good places to eat. We rented a pontoon boat (7min. Away) and saw about 30 dolphins in the bay. This place is cute and clean. I loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfasts. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks

Great location, but...
Loved the location of this condo. However, the condo itself needed help. The couch was broken, my son fell in. Closet and storage doors broken. It was not clean, nail clippings on the unvaccumed floor, spills on cabinets and kitchen walls, and questionable "clean" sheets. I had to go purchase cleaning chemicals to clean before I felt comfortable staying. Both tubs backed up. If you want the renters to start the laundry, you shouldn't expect them to use their own soap, it should be provided. Arrived at 5pm and the property manager was in the condo cleaning the stove. He should have inspected the rest of the home too. You state that there are seats and items to use to take to the beach but none of that was present. When I attempted to call to speak with someone, I was prompted to email because if wait times. I emailed and have yet to hear from anyone. Spoke to the neighbors of adjoining condos and will choose one of them in the future.

Oh my God, What Didn't I love about this home , it was nice and clean 2 minutes from the beach it is right on the Strip where there are lots of shopping, restaurants, rides etc. Good area, I highly highly recommend this place,

Old, outdated and run down
Will not rent this property again. It was old, outdated, and run down. Said no smoking but smelled like smoke.
Upstairs:
Beds were horrible. Creaked loudly with the slightest movement. Comforters on beds were old, dirty and smelled bad. My biggest complaint is one room was advertised with queen and twin bed. The twin bed was actually out the sliding glass doors to what used to be a balcony turned into a “room”. The twin bed “room” was not air conditioned so it was horribly hot (obviously due to the shoddy construction of the balcony turned “room”). The carpet in the twin “room” was filthy and stained. The shower upstairs didn’t drain so as you showered you stood in a pool of backed up water that couldn’t drain. No TV in either bedroom upstairs.
Downstairs:
One TV in the whole place and it only had 3 channels available through an antenna. No cable or any type of streaming device. The furniture stunk.
Couldn’t lock the main level sliding glass doors. There was a bar to hold the door in place. Felt very unsafe.
The nicest comment I can leave on this rental is the air conditioner worked great.
WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. Very unhappy customer.

It was really great, loved how close it was to all the different activities. Bonus the cajan resteraunt across the parking lot it's da bomb. Looming forward to our return.

Close to the beach and things to do!!
It was a very good trip! The condo is only a block from the beach and that made carrying everything so much easier! There is a golf cart rental and scooter rental place right across the street as well And very close to things to do. There is a washer and dryer for laundry and outside water hose for all the sand from the day to be washed off. The only thing that I would have improved is the overall appearance of the property. The outside furniture is falling apart at the door and there are only two chairs on the deck upstairs and in back. The grill has lots of rust and was not cleaned out for our use. Make sure to being toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning products ... there was only one trash bag there and two rolls of toilet tissue for our three day stay. Also no cleaning products, only a small dish soap and sponge for cleaning. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable for our stay! I would recommend others to stay.

Perfect Location
This place is in the perfect location. Close to the beach, to good restaurants, gift shops, and activities. Just a few minutes drive to St. Andrews State Park one way and The Pier the other way. The house was nice with a lot of space and there was a storage area that had everything we need for a day at the beach without having to buy a bunch of stuff we couldn't haul back. Could use some more cooking utensils and if you're going to cook bring spices. There is a spot on the upper deck that's needs repairing, the light in one room and over the washer and dryer didn't work, and the toilet upstairs tilts to the side... but besides that the place was lovely. I will define try to rent again next time I go.
