The accommodation is within walking distance of everything I needed. It was in a picturesque medieval neighborhood overlooking the lake. There were plenty of options for dinner nearby, and the area was very active in the evening.

The address given lead me to a cluster of similar-looking buildings, and I had to spend some time trying to figure out which one was mine. Once I found the right door, getting in was easy! However, this listing would benefit from more detailed navigation instructions.

Beautiful location in the town of Bracciano. Walking out of the apartment you get a fabulous view of Lake Bracciano. The apartment is in the historical center. It is very well designed, loft bedroom, small sitting area, a nice dining area. Kitchen was very nice with all the essentials. Great to have a washer and top quality iron. Careful thought went into designing this small apartment. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this apartment, location is fabulous surrounded by historical buildings and a gorgeous lake, restaurants are top quality cuisine, and very close to the train station. We will return. Nice break from Rome, and easy to take the train from Rome.

We truly needed a winter comforter. It was November, quite cold in Bracciano. We had to borrow an extra comforter from family who live there. The heater works well, but heats mostly the loft section. Adding "throw blankets" in the sitting area would help.

Exceptional treatment by the hostess. She had really thought of everything we might need and she had offered it to us in advance. The location was amazing, the home was exactly that, a home. Beautiful, cozy, super clean, prepared.

The room was very nice, located in a very unique location. It was also clean.

It was very hard finding the apartment. The host didn't specify exactly where to drive, where to park, where to take off our laggage.... He didn't meet us and we had to find a nice person in the street in order to get us to the apartment. In addition, finally when we arrived, we wanted to take a hot shower, and after five minutes, the hot water ran out...

The kitchen and the bathroom were great. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay in Bracciano. Ilaria was very nice and helpful when we needed assistance with the dishwasher and helped us to find the apartment. She provided a lot of information about the region and the WiFi was fast and worked without issues! We really really enjoyed our stay here and can definitely recommend booking your stay here if you want to visit this beautiful place :)

The dishwasher didn’t work, there were no trash bags and the AC smelled bad when you tried to use it.
