It was incredibly dirty. There was a lot of mold and stains on our sheets, and we also found some hairs on our pillows. When we mentioned this to the staff, the response was: "The laundry wasn't ready yet." ..... Also the bathroom was really dirty with a lot of mold, the shower curtain looked like it had never been washed.

I like the staff, they were so friendly and so helpful. The location is nice, if you have a bike, not super far from Canggu and quiet. Parking is amazing, the hotel is beautiful too.

The room, pillow, and towels are smelling bad, it is like a lack of sun and soaking in humidity for a long time. The toilet wasn't too clean too. Definitely, something can be improved :)

We arrived before 2pm and they let us check in early. The views of the rice fields across from the accommodation were very nice. The room was nice enough - spacious and room for storage. The pool was nice but only 2 sunbeds.

There were ants all over our room and little bugs in our bed on the second day (not bed bugs). Shower did not work well. Pressure and temperature changing constantly. There wasn't always drinking water available. Sometimes it was finished. Only 2 beds at the pool. Not much food places around. 15-20 min drive from Canggu, we spent most of our time on our bikes to and from Canggu.

the room was not clean at all, they didn’t even wash around the sink. on the bed were a lot of stains, the curtains were dirty that you didn’t even want to touch them and a lot of animals came into the room because the net to keep insects outside was broken.

The roomed seemed like it was not used for a very long time which is normal after Covid but it was not very clean, especially the bathroom was dirty and some renovation No possibility to rent a scooter No breakfast, even though there was a menu in the room

We loved staying at Lilis Cempaka! Fantastic value for such a great price. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed having it to ourselves most days! The garden is gorgeous, the staff were sweet and kind. We appreciated the lovely receptionist making us hot water for our coffees. Thank you! The location is lovely, out in the rice fields with cute ducks & waterbirds in the field opposite. 12 min by scooter to central Canggu, away from the hustle and bustle, but with little shops, warungs and laundry only meters away. Thanks for having us!

Water pressure. Although the shower was nice and hot it often wasn't working properly. Half the time it was good and strong, half the time only a drizzle came out.

The room was clean, fully equipped with AC, a private bathroom, a TV, and an amenity kit. We checked in around midnight, and the staff was there to accommodate us. There is also a great swimming pool in the middle of the property. We liked our stay very much.

Bed sheets weren’t fresh, after sleeping I had humid smell on my hair and body. Please keep them under the sun every day for 1-2 hours, it will refresh them. And washroom was clean as well and no toilet paper.
