Vous allez adorer l'emplacement de notre charmante maison mise à jour située à moins de 2 miles de Wrightsville Beach. Nichée sur Eastwood Road, cette maison est discrètement située pour ceux qui aiment être au cœur de l'action mais dans un endroit calme et paisible. Venez profiter de plus de 2750 pieds carrés, y compris un grand salon et une véranda avec beaucoup d'espace pour les grandes familles ou les groupes voyageant ensemble! L'arrière-cour fait plus d'un demi-acre pour beaucoup de plaisir à l'extérieur!
Le salon est grand avec un canapé en coupe pour le temps de rassemblement familial. Le téléviseur est un téléviseur intelligent 4K pour regarder Netflix, Hulu, etc. (vous aurez besoin d'un compte Netflix car il n'y a pas de câble sur ce téléviseur).
Cette maison immaculée dispose de 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains dont une pièce bonus transformée en une chambre parfaite pour les enfants de tous âges!
La grande cour arrière est partiellement clôturée pour plus d'intimité et est idéale pour profiter du beau temps de Wilmington ou des jeux extérieurs.
La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes (1 lit queen dans le maître, 2 lits queen dans les chambres, lits superposés et un lit futon dans la chambre bonus).
Il y a une grande cuisine et une véranda séparée si quelqu'un a besoin d'espace pour profiter d'un livre ou d'un après-midi calme.
Wrightsville Beach est à 3 km pour profiter de la plage. Le centre commercial de Mayfaire est à 1,6 km avec des boutiques, des films et des restaurants. Vous êtes vraiment au cœur de l'action mais niché dans une rue calme.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wilmington! This house is in a great location and the hostess, Ashley, is super responsive! The property is very clean and easily sleeps ten! We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen well stocked with dishes, kitchen tools and gadgets. The house is within 3 miles of the beach and a water park and many other local attractions.

This was such a nice house and Ashley was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Overall a very good experience. Lots of space. Things that we think the next renter should know: 3 bedrooms are on the main floor, and the big "bonus" (4th) bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a half bath. The bonus 4th bedroom was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house, but not unbearable. Each bedroom and living room had a ceiling fan. Kitchen was adequately stocked - except a fairly major oversight was the lack of a toaster. A rental house should definitely should have a toaster. There were a couple other small quibbles (and everything above is relatively small complaints), but nothing that I would take a star away. Overall, it was a nice property and the location was excellent as it relates to the drive to the beach and other restaurants/activities.

Awesome stay!
Home was spotless on arrival. The amenities provided, local shops/restaurants, and distance to the beach were excellent. The home is as described, a modern surf retreat. I will be back anytime I am in the Wilmington/Wrightsville area.

Modern Surf Retreat! :)
We loved staying at this Modern Surf Retreat. The house is very nice and updated. The beach is just up the street and the house is located right across from Mayfair shopping center. This was the perfect getaway spot for a little R&R beach time for me and my wife.

Family Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were joined by our two adult children and their families so we could visit with my brother who lives in the Wilmington area. The house was very spacious and great for visiting, playing games and family dinners. We would definitely consider going back.
