Grand séjour / salle familiale avec plafond cathédrale, puits de lumière et canapé-lit. Trois chambres à l'étage, deux avec lits queen et une avec des lits jumeaux. Un wrap-around pont avant et clos douche extérieure complètent cette grande maison de plage familiale.

We loved our stay in Katama at this property. The location is perfect - right off the bike path and close to South Beach and downtown Edgartown. We were pleasantly surprised to see how spacious the bedrooms were and the kids loved the giant bathroom with soaking tub in the master suite. Would happily stay here again - reading the guest book, seems like there are many repeat renters here. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

What a wonderful, beautiful house! So well-equipped with anything you could possibly need (even a needle and thread!) We had lovely weather all week; having a cup of coffee outside on the porch in the sunshine, hearing the occasional turkey! On our next trip to the Vineyard we would absolutely love to stay again in this terrific house! Thank you to the Moffas!

Our lovely rental greeted us with a warm and inviting cozy family feel. It had all we needed to enjoy a wonderful stay…loads of room and convenient location. It took us a mere minutes to settle in and feel like home!

This is a well equipped property in a great location. We managed beach time and bicycling with home cooked meals and family time on the deck.

Everything was perfect. Enough space for 4 adults and 2 boys who had their own tv space , so bonus! Very clean, and well stocked with essentials to start off with. The proximity to Nortons point, the bike trail and Edgartown center rounded out a perfect vacation visit! Thank you Louis!

Beautiful Vineyard home. We had a fabulous time. Perfect location for us. Everything needed to make meals is available. The home is comfortable & very well maintained. Loved it!
