In dem Apartment war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar waschen wäre möglich gewesen. Lage super.

El apartamento estaba genial. No tenía mucha luz al ser un bajo, pero era muy amplio y muy cómodo. La ubicación es maravillosa porque está en el distrito rodeado de edificios estilo art nouveau que son una verdadera joya. Ambiente muy bueno de terrazas y restaurantes y cerca del centro. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
Una de las toallas de baño que nos pusieron estaba agujereada. Nos avisaron después de haber el hecho el pago del alojamiento de una serie de reformas que estaba haciendo la compañía de aguas de la cuidad por lo que la primera noche no había agua caliente. Pese a que lo avisaron, deberían haberlo hecho antes de pagar y no después de haber pagado. A pesar de este pequeño inconveniente, repetiría sin dudarlo.

I was excited, everything was absolutely perfect.
The only "limit" for someone could be the fact that the apartment was in the 5th floor without an elevator, but I knew it in advance.

Key collection was really great! It was really nice to have an opportunity to keep the luggage in a special room, it is so helpful if you have to arrive earlier or leave later. Special thanks to the host for detailed instructions on how to collect keys! Apartment is great, very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect, close to the city center in the beautiful Art Nouveau area. Maxima and Rimi are very close as well. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful apartment I felt very welcome and comfortable. Best accommodation I had so far in Lativa. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

Spacious
No possibility to learn which floor you are staying- unfortunately we were on 5th and without elevator it was quite frustrating as you have to bring your luggage up and down

absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Located on a quiet street in the city center. Before the trip, I received detailed instructions and useful information. I felt at home in these apartments. And the owner is very friendly and tactful.

Location was great, right in the Art Nouveau part of Riga, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The windows went into a quiet courtyard and one could sleep very well. Beds and sofa in the living room were very comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Very clean and cozy, apartment was warm and comfortable. There was everything I needed, even tea, coffee and olive oil which were highly appreciated. The staff was exceptional, answered immediatelly and were really accommodating. Will come again!

The check-in process was so easy - we were sent illustrated instructions which made the check-in process effortless. The apartment was amazing! Everything in the apartment was SUPER clean, the bed was very comfortable and we were also surprised of how quiet and calm it was in the apartment.
Me and my husband enjoyed the wonderful park nearby and only a few minutes away was Old Riga - very conveniant location! We had everything we needed nearby - a grocery shop Maxima, cafes and also the public transport took us straight to a shopping mall Origo in just a few minutes. We had an unforgettable stay and we will definitely be visiting these apartments again! Recommend!

The apartment building did not have an elevator - this was the only minus.

convenient location, it was quiet even though there are few bars around. Easy to check in/check out. Usually in winter in Riga there is a problem with heating especially in old buildings with high ceilings, but here is was very warm!
some neighbor was smoking in the ventilation system so there was a constant smell of cigarettes in bathroom

very neat place with good internet.
the kitchen appliances are solid, but minimal. For instance there’s no oven tray, only a rack. no common condiments, oil, or baking paper - salt dispenser only. rooftop terrace is nice, but know it’s on floor 8 with no lift. it’s nothing serious, just good to be aware of.

The location is excellent and accessible to walk on foot to the old town. The apartment surprised me with the comfort. I am glad to decide to stay here. Thank you ! :)
