quite location; easy parking on street outside
pretty basic tv channel options (but i have sky at home so probably just spoilt normally!)
could do with a few more bits of cooking utensils.

Nice accommodation, had everything we needed for a few days stay, kitchen with an oven/hob/microwave/kettle, utensils etc. Very good location, a short 5-min walk to the town centre. Nice town, lots of shops and restaurants, castle ruins in the town centre which have occasional events.

Apartment was well appointed, clean and located with its own free on street residents parking less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Newark and 2 minutes to a local pub Oscars serving 6 real ales and great food. Photo shows a pizza from Oscars.
Apartment also has a selection of local takeaways.
Nothing was out of place.

There was no hanging rail for or wardrobe for clothes.
There was less than half a toilet roll for two adults staying for four days and no toilet brush provided.

Just minutes walk from town, in a proper neighbourhood with one great and one pretty good pub within 5 mins walk and a Co-Op. Flat was spotless and a good size, comfy bed, with nearly everything I needed for my weekend stay. Would definitely book again - good communication with the host and good value for money I thought given how weekend rentals on Booking.com and Air BnB seem to have gone up a lot recently.
Nothing much. The oven was a bit noisy while cooling down and no corkscrew or toilet brush - contacted the host who was on the case. Sofa would have been a bit small if I was with someone, but was out and about most of the time, so not really a problem.

Clean and easy to find, host communicated effectively
Lack of basic facilities, no toilet roll, very limited utensils and kitchen ware, only one fork and two mugs etc.

Location was perfect. Check in and out seamless. Tidy little apartment
Fridge shelves broken so couldn’t stand open milk up so leaked every day. Pots and pans either warped or no longer non stick and chopping knife seriously blunt seriously could chop the butter straight. No tin opener?
It got a little warm at night.

Lovely apartment to stay in for a couple of nights, very central location. Nice and spacious, bathroom was clean and fresh
Pillows were very uncomfortable and need replacing
Pots/pans/cutlery also needs replacing as very worn and unable to use

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean and exactly as advertised. Parking permit provided and a number given to text if any queries popped up! Great if you’re looking for a place in Newark and want to cook your own food, plenty of cutlery, cups etc provided. Fantastic stay!

There was a pan in the oven completely covered in grease that clearly hadn’t been washed

It’s close to the town so you don’t have to drive just to get a loaf of bread and it lovely and warm and cosy clean and tidy
Well I don’t think there is anything not to like the only little thing I can have a bit of a problem with was no were to hang your clothes

Location was good, ideal for couples
The shower runs very hot, not easy to get flow right.
I don’t know if COVID-19 was the reason but there was no coat hangers supplied also no toilet brush or broom to have a little tidy up

Easy arrangements for access; simple do easy to be cleaned.
Mattress very soft. Cleaning not 100% but overall happy with that.

Location was great as we are looking to move there.
Sofa and bed uncomfortable and shower was either to hot or to cold that’s when you knew someone else in the block was having a shower and the shower was a drip, couldn’t wash my hair which is long it would of taken too long

The layout of the apartment, nice decor, little notes left by owner was a nice touch and the parking pass. I loved the process of booking and then being forwarded access details very simple and straight forward.

Free parking was nice and host gave us extra room key what was very comfortable for us because we work in separate shifts, smart TV was very big and had netflix on it - thats perfect!
Last two days of our stay wifi stoped working and also there were no hangers for clothes
