I booked through booking.com and my reservation was not found on their end. I don’t know why or if a confirmation email was supposed to be sent to them that they didn’t get or what, I had a confirmation email sent to me so I didn’t question the reservation. So while waiting for my room to be fixed up they tried to downgrade the reservation from a double to a single room which obviously wasn’t going to work considering I had 2 others staying with me but they did try to make it work and gave me my reservation as was booked online. Other than that the hotel was excellent and I would definitely stay again but I’ll call personally to confirm my booking with them from now on.

Ground floor rooms are great, especially for us seniors. Lady serving in restaurant was especially very accommodating.
Smell in the hallway. Carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned.

everything! clean, tasteful, excellent service, amazing location which is just amazing of the bay and fiords. very accommodating about our dog where we didn’t feel directed to a shabby room in the basement. just an excellent place to stay.

The chalet had everything we needed with nice comfortable beds and room darkening curtains.
The chalet was near the main road so there was some early morning noise but it wouldn’t deter me from staying there again.

Modern, spacious room.
No iron/ ironing board in the room, asked for the items at the front desk; the hotel did not even have an iron/ ironing board to loan out.
Bed was uncomfortable, fitted sheets were too small/ didn't fit the bed and balled up in the bed during the night.
Staff - one friendly young lady trying to look after the hotel and food service (Greco). Very polite but she was over- tasked.

The girl who was very rude about payment , and arguing with me like it's my problem you don't have enough staff. :) otherwise lovely will be back in 2 weeks.

Beds were comfortable, air conditioning and heating was great. Lots of towels! Missing couple things but quickly remedied by staff. You could see the mountains and ocean if you looked past the parking lot! Everything u need was close by: take out, grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store, gas station. Walking trail and hikes near by. Staff were great! The weather even cooperated!
Internet wasn't great in our cabin. It's on a parking lot of a stadium so not great for sitting out on the deck.

Very clean modern room, extremely comfortable. We were there at the very beginning of the season, but the staff we met were so friendly. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Well situated.
I think the front desk staff could be a little more knowledgeable on the area. Some where better but our first interaction the staff couldn’t answer questions on Sunny Cottage.
Maybe more information on local eateries, times. What to do in the area. It is a hidden gem but needs more promotion by locals. Our last day there the lady at Sunny Cottage gave us a lot of info.

Great location to tour surrounding countryside! Staff were wonderful and although they couldn't offer breakfast due to Covid they thoughtfully provided vouchers for us at Robin's. The menu at restaurant, 'Quarter Deck" was extensive and we ate there every night.

The hotel was clean, accessible and in a good spot in the community. The rooms were nice, and also very clean.
Although this is not their fault, due to COVID they cancelled their breakfast and instead gave a juice, a muffin and a granola bar to each person staying there. There was coffee available in the morning but that was not clearly stated. The problem is though that there is no where else in town to get breakfast (yet!). It was unexpected.
