The Room wasn’t clean, there was a cockroach under my bed.

Great place opposite the beach and stilt fisherman. Clean room with everything you needed. Big roof terrace with sun loungers and a shared kitchen to use. We had a nice lunch when we arrived and huge breakfast. The owners were very friendly.

Clean bathroom and specious room in general. Kind owner. Location was great if u have a scooter to go to the nearby spots.

There was a lot of noise from dog's left and right at night which woke me up a lot.

Everything was perfect. We stayd for 4 nights and for this short time we felt like we ware staying in our friends house. The staff is very friendly and kind. And the restaurant of this place is the only one you need...the food was excelent! Direct on the stick fisherman beach.

Good location near to the stilt fishermen who will pose for cash and let you have a go. The hotel has a restaurant that’s OK but nothing special where they are mostly trying to sell expensive sea food but no Sri Lankan curry was available. Property owner is friendly, room was clean and shower was good. Property is walking distance to the train station. Did not try breakfast due to power cuts so heartily recommended breakfast at the Fishers Sunset Bar as well as their evening drinks & light meals. Highly recommend visiting local ancient Buddhist temple nearby and the turtle sanctuary furthest away from the property heading into town after the right turn to the lake where tanks looks pretty clean. Property only worth 1 or two nights at most.

The wicker chairs outside the rooms upstairs were broken. The “kitchen” upstairs has no cooking pans etc and no utensils and is frankly a bit of a waste of space apart from a kettle. Waiters in restaurant more interested in trying to sell tours to places like Yala than serve food.

Just opposite to the stick fishermen, the accomodation provides a confy and clean room and very good meal. Worth trying.
