Cette maison de 2006 a 5 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain complètes, des matelas de qualité, 3 des salles de bains ont des baignoires jacuzzi, la cuisine a des appareils de qualité commerciale, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à glaçons et des comptoirs en granit, 6 téléviseurs, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un porche grillagé dans les escaliers pour profiter de la vue ou profiter des repas, salle de moustiquaire en bas des escaliers avec une cuisine barbecue et un grand coin repas, une piscine familiale (qui peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément par semaine) entourée de palmiers, salle de théâtre avec une télévision de 72 ', clôturée cour, quais flottants, 100 t-docks avec une puissance de 50 ampères, station de nettoyage de poisson et un congélateur d'appâts pour le pêcheur.
Nous avons un parking pour plusieurs voitures, un vaste débarcadère et un parking pour remorque de bateau sur place à l'intérieur d'une cour latérale clôturée. Nous avons également deux kayaks pour votre plaisir. Il s'agit d'une location à la semaine pour au moins 7 jours.

We had 2 families totaling 11 people stay for the week. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and multiple gathering areas. Nice pool, great dock, great location

This property has a beautiful tropical view of the waterway. It is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to a short trail along the ocean. I saw ospreys, sand crabs, chickens, lizards and turtle nests. Proximity to three state parks, turtle hospital and dolphin research. Many wonderful restaurants. The house itself had many amenities, two washer and dryers, 3 refrigerators, an ice machine and plenty of dishes(which isn’t always true of many rentals) There was a theater room where my family went to get out of the sun after a busy day. We spent the evenings in the outside pool, and grilled out one night. Our group of 11, was very comfortable in this wonderful home. I would highly recommend it.

The house was fantastic. The downstairs tv room was a great place for us to watch the Masters. The couch was brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen area was spacious and has two fridges which is nice when you have large groups. The master suite is enormous and the other rooms are positioned perfectly for 2 groups of 4 (kids or adults). The outside amenities were fantastic. The pool area had plenty of seating for sun tanning or enjoying the outside with shade. The pool was a good size and very clean and sanitary. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was 100' long so we had plenty of area to accommodate our rental. The fishing off of the dock was great at night and we got to enjoy a manatee visit on our 3rd day. Our overall experience was wonderful and I look forward to staying here again next year.

This place is as beautiful as the photos and reviews reflect. Great vacation spot for families or friends. The views from the home and pier are just wonderful and the house is so well equipped. Many great places to sit, both inside and outside. Fishing and kyaking right there was a great feature. Owner was extremely helpful. Only negative was the very musty smell in the video room. Otherwise everything else about this property was extremely pleasant!

This is our second spring break at Marathon Keys because it’s non-commercialized, friendly, and Key West is only a 50 mile drive if you like the nightlife. The dock at this house is phenomenal and we had daily manatee visitors that were very friendly. I would suggest the aquarium in marathon along with Sunset Grill restaurant.
This house was the perfect size for the eight of us that stayed. The pool is the perfect size and the hammock is beyond peaceful in the shade.

Great property that gives several great hang out spaces for teens and parents! Owner very responsive. Clean. Pet a manatee right off the dock! Heated pool a great size. Accommodated 3 families.

My family enjoyed this wonderful property so much. The grandsons loved the media room and the pool and the adults loved mornings and evenings on the porch. Great location, wonderful dock!

This was an amazing vacation house. It has all of the key amenities for fun in the sun with 10 of your closest friends. The house was more than enough room for the 10 of us. The property is located in a upscale neighborhood with a heated pool, covered outdoor living space & the nicest dock on the canal. The owner was extremely responsive & accommodating. I would highly recommend this VRBO location!

Appreciated the ease and quick responsive communication, beautiful accommodations and perfect dock for a boat. 2 manatees visiting at the dock, great fishing and pelicans were just some of the highlights we enjoyed. Dolphin encounters just a short drive as well as an easy walk to natural Coco Plum Beach and short drive to Sombrero Beach. Use of elevator was necessary for bringing large or heavy items to upper level. The pool and outdoor shower with outside entrance to full bathroom on the lower level were a delight.

This place fit our part of 8 perfectly! Pool, media room, kayaks, fishing, so much to do right on the property! Convenient to many bars, restaurants, groceries stores and more.

The property was beautiful and the pool and dock were great. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the movi.e room which made it unusable. It was replaced on the last day and should be good going forward. There weren't enough towels and bedding for our large group ( we had 11 adults) and I would say it realistically sleeps 8 to 10. Still, the plusses outweighed the minuses and we really enjoyed our stay.

Houses is very spacious, pool deck needs a little work but owner communicated that to us before hand. Beds were comfortable and house has awesome game room. Plenty of coconuts around if you like them. Owner was very responsive with anything we asked.

Our family of 9 stayed here from the the11th thru the18th and had such an amazing time! The owners of the home really care about your stay, going above/beyond to make sure it's comfortable.
The beds were super comfy, everyone slept really great and complained when we got home that we needed to switch beds!
Boat dock was a breeze, perfect for experts or newbies. The rubber on the pylons do a good protecting your boat. You really don't need bumpers but good idea to have them with anyway.
Overall amazing experience and will definitely be renting from them again in the future! Would highly recommend this for larger families. It'll bring everyone together!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Plenty of room (probably too much for just our family of 5 and 2 dog) but the extra space for everyone was nice. Kitchen is perfect for cooking anything you can think of, with plenty of cookware and dishes. Kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed Kayaks as well, but did have to buy lifejackets for the kids. Dock was great for fishing off of and had plenty of room for boat. Homeowner was very easy to reach and communicate with. Had a great time and would stay again!

We had a large group that stayed here recently and we had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the lower level enclosed patio. The communication between us and the owner was fantastic. Would definitely come back again.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The house was everything we wanted and more. More than enough space for our group of 9. The dock was huge and made it very easy to load and unload after a day on the water. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to cook great dinners in the kitchen. Elias was very communicative and friendly. I forgot to select to have the pool heated and he made sure it was taken care of for us…kids were very happy about that! Would 100% return to this property and rent with Elias again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is a beautiful Serene property. If you looking for enough room for your adult children and grandchildren with everything you need for you vacation ~ look no further. The kitchen is every girls dream, stocked to cook any meal you can think of. The tv room is huge and comfortable for all to enjoy. The screened in patios are a huge bonus to get in out of the sun or enjoy your morning coffee. The pool is perfect. The rental Its close to all the Keys’s attractions and restaurants, but it’s like staying in the quite country! The best part of our stay is we had enough room for all 11 of us and our grandchildren absolutely can’t wait to stay again!! The house was just as described. And perfect for our group of 10 life long friends. A week of we will not soon forget.
Check in was easy, pool was heated as requested prior to our arrival. Property was clean and accommodating. Great location on the water. Was a bonus that we had a pool too. Took advantage of kayaks that house had. Weather was perfect. Enjoyed local area places too; Sombrero Beach, Sparky’s, Island Fish House to name a few! No complaints. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was spacious enough for 10 of us and had something for everyone. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught a barracuda and we saw a few manatee. The dock was the nicest in that channel and was perfect for our boat rental. We also enjoyed the pool and sun porch. Elias was a great communicator and helped make the trip wonderful.

This coco plum house is excellent. It’s spacious with a great pool and huge dock. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We had a great time and will definitely return next year.

We stayed at this property last week and had the most enjoyable time. Everything was just as we expected - if not better. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the house super clean, the pool very heated. Elias was great to work with - very attentive to our needs. Our family of 12, including 3 generations, had a very relaxed and invigorating vacation at this property. Truly, a good time was had by all. After settling in we felt at home. The large, well-stocked kitchen that opened up to a big screened-in porch was great for all the meals we shared together. The location of the pool is so that you can really enjoy the pool all day and not have to worry about the sun exposure. We all (youngest to oldest) enjoyed kayaking right off the dock. Florida Keys Kayaks were great for rental as we needed more kayaks due to the size of our group. Their delivery and pickup services were expedient and well appreciated. I have to mention how responsive and caring the owner Elias was to our needs. From the booking process right through our check-out, he made it all relatively easy. Thank you, Elias!

We had a large group and had plenty of room for everybody. We did a lot of fishing and the dock with cleaning station was perfect as well as the bait freezer. We loved the pool after a long day in the ocean! Great location and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Kitchen was stocked with basically everything you would need to cook for large families. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the inside as week as outside of property. House was centralized in marathon and the Keys. The owner of the property is WONDERFUL! He Was very prompt in answering any questions prior to arrival and upon arrival and throughout the week. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will rent again with them in the future

Great house for large groups with plenty of room to spread out in a spacious living room, balcony, huge downstairs porch and large pool area....We had 10 adults and never felt crowded. Well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Large modern dock easily accommodated our 35 ft boat with plenty of room to spare. Street is narrow with no turnaround for a boat & trailer of that size, but we were able to get it right in the water at a nearby ramp which was very convenient. The house has a very large flat rooftop to view the spectacular sunsets. The 4th bath is a full pool bath which came in handy. The owner/host is very gracious, readily available and a great person to deal with!
