What a wonderful property! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. Close to the trolley. Pool and patio areas were great! Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

We thought we had found our favorite place … until we found this! Super clean, wonderful patios and pool, well stocked kitchen, only a block from the beach, and a quiet location. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the property 9/22/23-9/29/23 and were so impressed. The location was just steps to the white sand. The house was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was warm and relaxing. The washer and dryer along with all the beach equipment we needed......including a handy beach cart. We cannot wait to go back. I would highly recommend this property.

We can’t wait to go back. The location was so convenient to the beach. The pool and courtyard were just perfect. No one occupied the other half so we had the place to ourselves. Plenty of beach towels and beach accessories for 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, utensils and pots and pans. I did notice there’s nothing to cook in the oven with(no casserole dishes etc) but that didn’t impact us. Also some type of cooler would be nice, but again didn’t impact us.

This property had everything we were looking for. We had the sweetest neighbors in the duplex. I suppose it is a risk with your neighbors being so close but I can not imagine anyone staying on the island and not be pleasant to stay next to. We still had plenty of privacy. The linens and beds were all good quality. We had anything we could have needed in the kitchen. Beach items were provided. The pool was very warm which is perfect for me but if you like a cold pool this could be an issue. This is pretty typical in Florida July though. We all enjoyed it.
I will book here again for my family:) I definitely recommend!!
Side note- we got a golf cart to get around the island and it was just a blast for the kids. Beach is walking distance. Just a block away

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was the perfect to cool off after laying in the sun. The place felt clean, cool, and quiet which was the perfect combo for our getaway. The walk to the beach is approximately 2 minutes and 45 seconds.. what more can you ask for? The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials. Fast/attentive communication with the owner if necessary. For our first stay in AMI, we were quite pleased with these accommodations!

We loved renting this home! It was just a block from the beach and when we tired of the beach we enjoyed the beautiful pool. We were close to several restaurants which was a plus. We have already booked again for next year!

The unit had everything you need including beach chairs. Loved the outdoor space. It was very relaxing and it’s an easy walk to the beautiful beach. I would def stay here again.

This duplex has just about everything you could need. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach. The pool area out front is lovely with a really nice pool made private by a garden full of varying palm trees and surrounded by lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, hammocks, outdoor showers, and a hose to get all the sand scrubbed off your feet. There are lots of beach accessories including wagon, umbrellas, chairs, towels and misc. Out back is another table with umbrella and a gas grill. And inside they’ve thought of about everything you might need. No one was next door the week we were there, which gave us extra privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house met all our needs. Pool was great, bed was comfy. My only complaint was there is very little storage to put clothes in the king size bedroom. If that could be fixed- I’d give 5 stars

This is our 3rd visit to AMI and our favorite stay so far! The location is perfect and the amenities are amazing. We loved having the pool and all of the included beach toys! We will definitely be back!

There were only a few things that I would change. The mosquitoes were horrible...it would be nice if the owner had the property sparyed. The kitchen counter is tile and grout holds bacteria no matter how well you clean. Kitchen items not all present. We had only a few bowls and missing measuring cups. It seems all the bowls ended up in the other unit, which we rectified. Even with these things we enjoyed our visit.

This is the second time I have stayed at this house and have been pleased with the accommodations, cleanliness, and the location. Just a very short walk to the beach. The house includes many amenities for use during your stay. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing location! Exceeded every expectation!!
Could not recommend this property more! It was perfect for my family (we have a 12yr old son and 8yr old daughter). It is in a very quiet area and the beach access is maybe a half block walk! Everything you need is already there (we brought some of our own beach stuff but you don’t need to) The pool area was amazing and the privacy the fenced in front and back provided made you feel secluded. I do not have a single negative, or even a constructive criticism of this property. Don’t hesitate to book this, unless it’s the same week as our vacation next year because we’d love to come back!!

Loved the location. Very quiet, so close to beach, easy to catch the trolley or walk to Pine St for shopping, coffee, eating. Unit could use updated pots/pans, extra sheets and more blankets and better pillows which are ready to be replaced. Towels were also old & could be updated. Beds were very comfortable!! Lots of beach chairs, 1 wagon and beach toys. Could use more items for older kids at beach (we purchased and left a Volleyball) and a small cooler per unit would be nice too. Gas grill should be replaced. Burners barely lit and took forever to cook. Unit could have used a deeper clean after a long term renter before us- but owner was incredibly responsive with any emails! Unheard of! The pool was an added bonus. Heated and salt water. Such a great and private spot in the front yard of all places and very pretty. Back patio was also great to have and a private spot for each unit. Neighbors were long term snowbirds and so nice and quiet. Really felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. Would def recommend even with items could use improvement.

The house is just a short walk to the beach and the pool in the front yard is great. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and an issue with the pool. The owner had her local maintenance man there shortly and he fixed everything asap. I really appreciated the attention.

It was nice to stay in Jonsies house. Everything there what you need. Had really nice neighbours. Just a short walk to the beach. And Holmes beach for itself us just a beautiful and relaxed place!
