A propos de ce maisonrental
Belle maison spacieuse Lower Laurel Park.

The house was very clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised that the pots and pans were in nice shape better than other rentals I've stayed in. The only minor issue was that the clothes dryer took forever to dry. Host was responsive. I would highly recommend if you want to be in this area.

We absolutely loved our stay! We are very familiar with the area, and the location of this home is really perfect. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the home was. It is nice to know how well maintained the home you'll be staying in is. Our host was friendly and responsive, and we all agreed it was even better in person than in the pictures. We will be repeat guests.

The property was exactly what we wanted, comfortable, quiet and spacious for 2 people, great location in Laurel Park. Unfortunately the neighboring homes were not in good condition, but never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The property was exactly what we were looking for and
being very familiar with the area, the location and proximity to town, golf, etc, was ideal. I would highly recommend Amelia’s home, she was delightful, answered any of our questions immediately.

We had a great 4-night stay in early January. The house was clean, nicely decorated, very well-equipped, roomy, and very comfortable. Your welcome book is really well done and helpful. Kitchen was awesome and super well-supplied. The living room and master bedroom are very comfortable (great bed!). Master bath is roomy and shower is great. We enjoyed the yard and deck and walks in the quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard is great for dogs. The gas fireplace and TV in the living room both worked great. We used the grill on the deck once, the fire pit once, and had fun with the foosball table when friends came over for dinner. It was super easy to get from the house to Jump Off Rock, Carl Sandburg home, local restaurants, and the Hendersonville Racquet Club for pickleball! We hope to stay here again in the future.

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as pictured. We enjoyed the things to do in the area. I chose Hendersonville mainly because it was close enough to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Both were enjoyable. I also really enjoyed Pearsons Falls. If we decided to go back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, this is the best rental house we have stayed in! Everything was perfect! Communication with the owner very prompt, the home is as described (photos and description), comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen, and I can go on. The neighborhood is lovely, including friendly neighbors. This home is very well located for all Hendersonville has to offer. Our dog loved walking the neighborhood and running in the large backyard. The back deck is wonderful for outdoor BBQs. We hated to leave!

If a quiet Winter getaway, ideal location near to every type of activity for adults and children is what you are looking for, you’ve found it. This home is cozy, simply but tastefully decorated to accommodate families with children. Lots of places nearby for hiking and we all loved mining for precious and semi precious gems. We really enjoyed our stay and never had cause to contact our hosts for any reason. Thank you again for our perfect holiday.

This home was great! So spacious for 4 adults and 3 kids (plus our pup!). The rooms are huge and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and out! The dog loved playing fetch in the big yard while we had multiple fires in the firepit outside. The kitchen was well-stocked for a homemade meal (we grilled out as well). We enjoyed a trip to Jump Off Rock, Moonshine Mountain (so fun!), and into both Hendersonville and Asheville. We were so happy to get a dusting of snow and see a decent steady snowfall one afternoon. Highly recommended for a single family or multiple.

My two friends and I had a girls’ weekend at this home and it was perfect. The fireplace was amazing for the chillier weather; the kitchen had exactly the accommodations we needed; the beds were all comfortable; the shower upgrades were lovely; the fire pit was perfect; and -most importantly for these exhausted moms - it was so quiet. We loved Hendough and the lovely coffee shop nearby. Also Joey’s Bagels. Close to lots and an easy drive to Asheville. We really enjoyed our weekend.

I couldn’t rank this property and the experience my family had while staying in it any higher. The property is exactly as described, and it was a wonderfully comfortable place for a perfect weekend getaway with my family. We were a short drive from The Biltmore and from downtown Hendersonville where we enjoyed wonderful restaurants and shopping. We were able to come back to the property in the evening and relax in the hot tub, roast marshmallows and make S’mores in the fire pit, and then have a comfortable nights rest. Anytime I had a question, Amelia was back with a response right away. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is definitely a place we want to return to, and if you are looking for a perfect place to stay to enjoy Asheville and/or Hendersonville and all that it has to offer, this is absolutely the place for you.

Hendersonville is the heart of it all. Rhododendron Retreat was the most comfortable, cozy space for our family to unwind, in a beautiful neighborhood, with every detail thought out. We all had plenty of space to relax while also having ideal shared space for cooking, games, dining and conversation. All of the amenities made this feel like home. The kids were able to connect to school virtually (fireside was a favorite schooling spot) and adults could work virtually, too. The outdoor space was amazing. The kids adored the bamboo forest. The adults enjoyed the firepit, outdoor dining table and all of the nature surrounding this beautiful home. Apple orchard season was coming to an end but we made it in time. Jump Off Rock, Pearson's Falls, Carl Sandberg's home, nearby parks, Asheville, and the walkable downtown with plenty of outdoor/curbside dining and plenty of grocery stores nearby made our getaway feel like like a true vacation. Everything was close in proximity to Hendersonville and the house. The fall.folliage and gorgeous weather were bonuses. Thanks to Amelia, our super host, for making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Wish we all could return to Rhodendron Retreat again soon.

Would stay here again very pretty and beds were comfy. Every thing clean but floors were not so clean. Hut tub is an older model takes overnight to heat up, but useable. Enjoyed our visit to Biltmore Estate in Asheville which is only an hours drive.

We had a very rainy weekend in Hendersonville which changed our plans of exploring a lot outdoors. The house was a welcome reprieve from the rain and was stocked with fun activities to keep us and our two sons occupied. Special touches throughout and a great location!
