Clean and set up very nicely. Felt spacious

The 1st person that was at the front desk when we got there at 2:35pm. Was very rude and almost made me feel as if he was prejudice. Told me to sit down and helped 3 other couples before he would even address me when my son told him we where there before all those other guests

Room was comfortable and clean

Staff seemed like they didn’t want to work. You ask questions and it was very yes or no with no suggestions. Front staff were are their phones. Cleaning staff were the most helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very hectic. One staff to try to replenish and clean so many items were out and it was very messy. Lines to get breakfast because people were waiting for food to arrive or be replenished. We were there about 8am. No seats or towels in the pool area. I would recommend adding more seats for people.

Room was spacious and clean. Loved the couch bed that was very comfortable.

The only thing in my eyes I'd say that needs fixing is the pressure of the water in the shower. But it wasn't a showstopper.

The closeness to the airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located right off the freeway in San Jose. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.. The bathroom is a nice size ,very comfortable., The Best thing was they had a shuttle to the airport which was wonderful !!!and I could leave my car there overnight and paid a minimal fee! That was the main reason I picked this hotel I was very close to the airport

I only stayed overnight. I flew out of San Jose airport, so there wasn’t very much not to like it was a very nice hotel.

Location is very close to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Room was quiet.

Our room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival (like vomit), perhaps from the cleaning solution used. Since it was late and we were tired, we sprayed some perfume and hoped for the best. There was a dirty tissue on the couch and no hair conditioner, shampoo, or soap in the shower (the refillable containers were empty). We left early so we missed breakfast, and unlike other Hyatt hotels there was no grab and go option offered. Garbage can by the elevator was overflowing, and elevator floor was gross - covered in sticky spilled drinks.

Breakfast was surprisingly good ! Rooms were clean! Spectacular shampoo and Conditioner. Honestly one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in San Jose.

Clean room. Great staff. Better than typical hotel breakfast. Allowed for a very early check-in.

Room on top floor had a lot of noise from the roof. Think it is was HVAC related.

I booked a week and half in advance, even called in the morning to notify what time we will be checking in and upon arrival they notified us of giving our room away to a bigger party.

Front Desk Agent was inexperienced and appeared unconnected. I arrived in a rental car. After check-in, I went to take my rental car back to the airport and asked the front desk agent if I could arrange a pick-up at the airport in 45 minutes, knowing that gave me more than enough time to get there and go through the car rental drop-off procedure. The desk agent, instead, wrote down a phone number on a piece of paper and told me to call that number when I was ready for pick-up. Mind you it was a state of emergency weather situation, at night with heavy rain & winds. When ready, I called the number given, pushed the right extensions, and kept being put back into the same recorded menu, never able to connect. So, I called the main reservation number and after 20 minutes finally got a reservation person to help me. It took another 20 minutes, being on hold, for them to get back to me and told me someone was finally on their way to pick me up. I was outside in the rain & wind during all this time, just to see if maybe a Hyatt bus would go by, and then waited another 10 minutes before the bus driver arrived. I was soaked, freezing and now have a horrible cold because of this. On top of it all, when back at the hotel, the desk agent acted as though she couldn't understand a word I was saying or explain the incorrect number she gave me, when a young man employee who ran the bar connected to the front desk, came over and with seeming great annoyance explained the phones were down an hour ago and that it may have been the problem, and with no apology. In the meantime, I understood that the bus driver, a very kind and nice person, was sitting around doing nothing during this whole scenerio. I understand policies, but when things go wrong, due to unusual circumstances, that thoughtful and intelligent stances might make a guest's experience a little more enjoyable. There are many ways that could have happened.

Was very comfortable, had a good amount of towels just comfortable Space for a solo overnight stay .

was difficulty with door key , was having issues unlocking the door it kept clicking like it unlocked but door was jammed closed n wouldn’t budge . didn’t have any snacks to buy at night , breakfast was a little cold
