Was good for an older model that was pet friendly.

Wasn’t to happy where it was situated. Only view was the side of another mobile home. Some sort of utility building ? Would have expected better for the amount paid.

Shower in caravan was not hot. Wi-Fi signal not good.

Nothing! It was filthy on arrival and had to be cleaned “again” when we checked in

It looked nothing like the pictures and was so small, unlike the pictures show for a superior caravan

Caravan, old and tired needed a proper clean. Had mould under the window. Staff did clean it off when told. No cleaning equipment in caravan, such as sweeping brush etc. WiFi not working. Overall disappointing accommodation

The place itself was lovely although expensive a good holiday was had just let down by the accommodation.

The accommodation was dirty and was in need of some tlc.

Entertainment was good. Activities were good but had to book even swimming.

Booked for 14 people 2 caravan. Arrived and checked in to have 2 caravan 2 minutes walk apart from each other for a family with kids in one booking, when I requested to have caravan close together they didn't have any available. Inside the caravan carpet was very dirty and smelly, sofa was the same. Brushed the carpet which was full of dog fur as it was a dog friendly caravan. Sheets had stain on it. Spare quilt for sofa bed was smelly. Door handles were broken. Shower door broken. Would never book there again. Photos on booking.com misleading as it doesn't look like what I've booked.

Children were well cared for while they were doing activities

Not many paths for pedestrians Caravan was not clean, bed was broken and despite reporting it, they never came to fix it. No starter pack for washing up etc, reported that as well. 4 disabled parking spaces for a park of that size is not sufficient.

Good location and a great resort with a lot to do ! But it was getting the chance to do the things as fully booked The amusements was full so didn’t get chance to attend I feel for a park of the size things need to be made bigger to fit needs ..

I had paid over £1000 for a caravan with a hot tub … The first 2 days the hot tub was broken and after somebody finally came to fix the problem they had advised me that the wrong key pad had been fitted so the buttons was soo back to front … Big top entertainment tent is very small for the size of the park capacity of the park so me and my family did not get chance to join in with the fun as all tables where taken up and standing space .. as we have a 6 month old we couldn’t get in with the pram and enjoy the fun and be in a safe space .. All together we holiday park is a great place but things need planning better for the capacity .. We couldn’t join in any of the fun swimming was fully booked all week (spaces should be saved for late bookings/arrivals) and the tent was way too small + a broke. Hot tub we had paid for ??

Great place to visit especially if you have younger kids. Looks like there is alot to keep them entained. Lots of water sports. If you have bikes bring them or electric scooters as the park is big

We felt that you couldn't use facilities as they are already booked up before you arrive on holiday, so book well in advance. Jet skiing would be hard to get on as the owners of caravans get on before general public.

It was very disappointing as we paid extra money for the hot tub we travelled 10 hours in the car with three kids and hot tub broken when we arrived we reported this someone came To check confirmed pump Broken and needed replaced would be fixed in morning and we couldn’t be moved no one came In morning reported it again to be told it had been checked and nothing wrong with it to later use the hot tub and it didn’t work again hardly got to use the hot tub the whole Time we were there despite choosing Thai accommodation for The use of hot tub I have complained and Still not heard anything back

location was ideal .. n free facilities n slots great.. afternoon entertainment for under 7s ideal

I didnt like that I had to wait two hrs for caravan that had a faulty grill door, it took 20mins to fix b4 finally getting in. it then came ajar again one evening..but ground maintenance sorted..

Swimming pool was fully booked for 2 months

We had such a great time, spent 4 nights as my birthday getaway. They have a vast range of activities, loved laser tag and archery so much! The weather was so lovely so we got to enjoy the outdoor pool as well. Couldn’t fault anything. Thanks to Aiden especially for our “private” archery session with our son! 😊

No washing machine but you can do your laundry on premises for a few pounds. The knives were so blunt haha

the caravan was great and we enjoyed everything at tattershall until the evening.

The evening - the location of the caravan. 3 rows from the evening entertainment!! with two small children age 8 and 5. they could not sleep until 11pm as that was when the music finally stopped. constant shouting/karaoke on the Microphone and thudding of the music beating, just felt excessive. we had to leave and come home on our third night as the kids were so tired of it and exhausted . such a shame as if we were across the lake I’m sure it would of been different. kids were very disappointed as were we.

Great splash park for the little ones. The cabin was a good size and the team removed two beds to allow us to put travel cots in.

I have nothing to say. It was just what we needed.
