La célèbre promenade Riva Promenade se trouve à tout juste 50 mètres. Vous y trouverez tous les restaurants, bars, boutiques, théâtres et discothèques.
L'appartement offre une décoration moderne et des intérieurs élégants faits à la main, composés d'arbres ollive. La cuisine est grande, très moderne avec un équipement haut de gamme avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une cuisson parfaite. Vous disposez d'une grande salle à manger, d'un salon avec deux canapés, d'une télévision satellite à écran plat, de deux climatiseurs, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, de deux salles de bains superbement décorées avec des douches à l'italienne et du chauffage au sol. Il y a deux chambres avec lits king size. Les deux sont orientés vers l'arrière-cour du bâtiment, séparés du bruit et toujours dans l'ombre.

The property was within walking distance to the old city as well as a great overlook of the city and bay. The property is large with nice sized rooms and was perfectly clean. Marjiana allowed us to put our bags in the apartment before check in so we could go and explore the town. I would definitely stay there again!!

We (2 couples) had a wonderful stay for one night, would have been nice to have stayed longer. Lots of kitchen supplies, spices, oils etc but no coffee. Luckily we had our own. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed for 2 nights. Easy walk to restaurants and old town. We had a car and parking difficult but expected. Marjana held a parking space for check in so that was helpful on arrival. Wi-Fi was great. New appliances and comfy bed.

This is a lovely property and the hostess was wonderful and accommodating. We arrived early in Split and she let us check in one hour early.
We liked the blackboard wall with everyone’s comments and recommendations. There is a great bistro at the corner for your morning coffee if you do not feel like making it in the unit.

Location, Location, Location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Grocery stores, Restaurants, Pubs, Waterfront and tourist attractions. The unit itself is clean and well equipped with all the amenities you will need. Someone was also there to greet us.

This was an excellent apartment. It was large and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the Reva and old town Split. The only downside is that there is no guaranteed parking at the apartment. It is street parking, with first come first serve. We were fortunate that we found a spot right in front of the apartment for all but one night. There is a surface parking lot about a half mile away and the owner says there is a parking garage about 900 meters but we never found that one. The apartment was as described on VRBO listing. My only complaint, and this is true with all VRBO listings, is that the kitchen is always lacking in cooking utensils and pans. There was one fry pan of medium size which means we had to cook our meal in stages using the one pan. Also lacking was useful spatula's and a measuring cup and measuring spoons. As we like to cook, and this is one of the reasons we use VRBO, this is just a pet peeve of mine. We had a great time in Split and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed at this apartment for three nights with my adult son and husband. Very spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was fantastic - short walk to old town and other awesome sights. Checkin was very effortless. Thank you to our wonderful host.

This is one of those unique times when although there were nice pictures of the property, it was even BETTER than expected! 2 big bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms - even a heated floor in the bathroom! A short walk to EVERYTHING! I mean, you have a bakery a block away, a great coffee bar two doors down from the bakery, and the grocery store is right next to that! Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops within a10 minute walk. You can park your car on the street in front of the property which is very safe. A large working kitchen with all the amenities. Oh, the beds - EXCELLENT! Really comfortable, king size beds. You can easily have 4 people in this apartment. Seriously, don't look anywhere else if you're going to Split. Super close to the water, but far enough away that you're in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful spacious flat
We loved this property. It is one of the best places I’ve seen in Europe! I expected the pictures to be better than reality but actually reality was better. And the location! Perfect quiet street and a short walk to the action area. Loved it.

We had an all-too-short stay in Split and could not recommend Solemar enough. It is spacious and gracious, and easy walking distance to everything in Split while still being on a quiet suburban side street not yet too trampled upon. The host(s) Minja et al were so kind - highly recommended!

Great location, apartment and hospitality
The location is a short walk from the Split promenade, harbor and old town center. The sense of design, featuring classic movie actors, was very enjoyable. It is comfortable, well equipped and there is a some view from the deck.The owner greeted us and left fruit and pastries for our enjoyment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Absolutely loved our stay
We had a great experience staying at this lovely apartment. Our host was very helpful, responsive and super pleasant. Great facilities - comfortable beds, excellent showers, loved the toast grill, etc, etc. Good location for old town, riva, buses to Marjan, Bene beach, etc. Highly recommend.
