could have had some tables and chairs in the sun beside the pool bar. Very low sunbeds were not suitable for us.

no entertainment for the kids. no music after 9 & over all very ignorant miserable staff who are not interested in helping you what so ever. if u want a family hotel this is not in your best interest to stay here there is nothing at all for kids to do

Everything was great!

The services were amazing. Awesome food...we couldn't get enough of everything we had. Varied and delicious. Beautiful location and conditions along with welcoming staff at a reasonable price. Big kudos to Hristo and Niki at the bar for excellent service Would definitely recommend and return to the location on our next visit

The cleaning was a bit lackluster. The only cleaning they did was taking out the trash. Similarly, they only restocked our shampoo and soap only upon request. Some of the towels they handed us were dirty as well. Not all the rooms had hairdryers inside More cleaning ladies that speak english would help out a lot!

The food was ok. The only thing ok at this hotel. Also the bartenders were nice.

We have booked 4 double rooms for 8 persons with more than 6 weeks before our holiday and we payed in advance. The night before our holiday, at 11.00 pm, the manager of the hotel sent us a message in which she said that we cannot benefit for our 4 double rooms anymore and she will give us 2 suites. Those suites are for 3 persons, not for 4. We were already on our way to the hotel when we received the message. In the morning I tried to talk to the manager of the hotel via booking, explaining why I don't consider ok this option (we booked 4 double rooms to have couple privacy, to have our own bathrooms, and because we made our booking with more than 6 weeks before). The manager told us that they overbooked the hotel, but because she understands us, she consider fair the 2 suites option. If I made the booking two days before I was ok, but we made our booking 6 weeks before, not ok. We were already in Bulgaria, so we didn't had other options and we accepted. When we arrived at the hotel, we met the manager and she said "we could have left you on the streets" with a smile on her face and that she will not charge us extra because the suites are more expensive than the double rooms. I didn't say anything. We went to our suites, and one of the suites didn't have a door between the rooms, it was open space. The suites have only one double bed, and a horrible sofa. We asked for two extra beds, one for each suite. They brought two extensible armchairs the next day. Again, not comfortable at all. Besides this unpleasant situation, we have left the sign on the door to refresh our suite. The service lady took the sign and put it inside the suite, but she didn't changed nothing, she brought only some toilet paper. In 5 days, our towels were not changed. We don't have 5 stars pretensions, I consider these as some claims that should be met in every hotel. I understand that they serve local drinks, but the drinks are horrible.

The food was good.

We were accommodated in a small apartment with a bed and a small sofa. Very uncomfortable! I didn't pay for something like that!

The rooms were clean and the pool was nice

The food was the same everyday, not the best, but it was fine. The biggest problem was that we were 22 ppl that booked at this hotel, but 5 of them didnt got their rooms, they put them in other hotel way further, with worse rooms and even worse food for 2 days after that they moved them back at our hotel but it was a very unpleasent situation for all of us in all this time the manager was not professional she yelled at us when we asked for our family bracelets earlyer so they could take the launch!(it was 1:00pm and the checkin was at 14:00). In conclusion, be careful becouse you can pay but not get the rooms.

-We found MOLD in the cakes at breakfast -According to the program and information page that we have in our room the lunch is available until 14:30. We wore at the restaurant today at 14:05 to eat , but they told us that the luch is up until 14. We asked just some carrots and a patato for the baby( she is 1) and they told us that the restaurant is closed.After speaking with the manager they gave us some simple pasta with a bit of feta. Lack of diversity in food. They have a playroom for kids near the pool,messy, moldy and terrible. yes, it was a 3 star hotel, but mold in food I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. We could park our car in the private zone. The people were very nice. The food was delicious
